I am trying to keep the rules as simple as possible, basically every entrant gets $200,000 (trying to keep it topical) to spend on 5 riders for their team. Each rider will then score their G.P points - Plus a bonus 5 points if they win the G.P - However you can select a captain, who will get you double points for every meeting that they are captain in. You will only be able to change your teams in the official transfer windows, which will be between the Copenhagen and Cardiff G.P's, and then between then between the Latvian and Bydgoszcz G.P's. However you can change your captain every round if you so desire. If you want anything else explaining please feel free to contact me on here by PM.
