Scott0311
Sorry you proably wont find it on Scunthorpe Telegraph......Try Sportstelegraph.co.uk Click on speedway Great news that Tai has firmly nailed his colours to the GB mast. I can honestly say that from what I have seen of him he stands every chance of being the next British World Champ.
NOBBY
Great news that Tai has firmly nailed his colours to the GB mast. I can honestly say that from what I have seen of him he stands every chance of being the next British World Champ. And I feel sure that with his dad as mentor he will make it as well. I don't think that Tai will be allowed to go down the wrong road as some have in the past. Great rider was Rob and tough with it but always fair and sensible. Tai is a natural talent and I wish him every success because at the moment he is only one of maybe three or four future GB stars IMHO. Fourentee
Apologies for coming back to this meeting rather late, but mulling over the programme recently I noticed a chunky piece trumpeting the reshuffled coaching/development team that will attempt to bring along the age group riders. It made a point of mentioning that all the management team (Graham Reeve, # Name Removed #, Graham Jones and Mark Loram) would be at the track on the night, and quite right too. I would be interested to know which promoters/team managers were also present. We hear plenty about the need to invest in youth, etc, etc -- but who turned up? I saw CVS there, handing over the trophies (Woffinden's win must have delighted him) and also Colin Pratt dropping a few words of wisdom into Josh Auty's ear, which was pleasing. Any other candidates?
