junior fan
Heard on the vine that Ty Proctor has had his place for the world under 21 qualifier taken off him. Unlike Woody, apparantley hes none to happy, and to be honest who could blame him. A real shame in my opinion, why call it a qualifier if it aint. BigFatDave
Hey marron, how about posting what he said? Links to forums that don't let you in unless you're a member aren't much cop, m8! Hey junior, I always thought the three nominees were Chris Holder, Troy Batchelor and Robert Kseizak?
RedcarRacer
What GT Said: I have just spoken to Ty who is very unhappy with MA in Aussie. They have droped Ty to the reserve spot for Australia in the under 21 rounds in europe. It would seem that even if you come 2nd they will still select who they want. Could you see Leigh Adams ( World number 2) being told that next year you will have to be reserve for the GPs. I think that Motorcycle Australia is well out of order. Ty came second in an under 21 Australian Final (Doyle crashed) It seems that you dont even have to finish to get a spot. Why make these guys travel all the way to Mildura for the event then select the riders who MA want Hand in your Aussie Licence Ty and take out a UK one. Here if you had come 2nd you would have quilifired, If you were in the US and came second you would have quilifired. A very P---sed off Glyn
sEdgY2
MA do make stupid decisions most of the time! if not all the time but in this case i think that they have it right ! Ty may have got 2nd but troy was coming second in the final when he crashed so i think troy does deserves his spot! Troy also got 2nd in the aussie senior title as ty was right down at the bottom of the senior title! What GT Said:

Think your wrong on this one, crashes are a part of speedway and if Troy crashed then so what.......he doesn't deserve to be reinstated because he was in 2nd when it happened. To be fair I don't think the issue was with Troy because Ty admitted that Troy deserved his place. From where I sit Robert Ksiezak and Ty aren't too far apart in ability. Robert has had more experience in the UK but Ty seems to be doing better this year (6.9 overall with no BP's for Ty at Redcar, 5.2 for Robert at Glasgow taken from www.premierleague speedway.co.uk at roughly the start of May), yet Robert finished higher up in the Oz senior title (Robert 8th on 48 points, Ty 15th on 28 points) so how would you split them? To me using the U21 result would have been the fairest way.
