Bradford Ace
A group of us have now booked hotels & flights for the Bydgoszcz GP & i cant wait for it to come round although there's plenty of league racing to enjoy before then!! Not sure when the tickets for this GP are actually on sale although i'd imagine it would be fairly soon. Having never been there before i dont know what the facilities are like & where the best seats are to view the racing from. Can anyone give me a clue as to where it would be best to view the racing from. I dont mind paying decent money as i want to be in the best seats in the house really as the racing is usually spectacular there. Cheers

The majority of the stadium is unreserved and the locals queue from 1 o clock to get the best seats. If you dont get into stadium by 4 o clock forget it. You will have to stand. As for the best pubs thats a different story. There are so many. Look forward to meeting you. Once you have beento Bydgcoczsz the following year is like a reunion. And that includes the unbelievably friendly Bydgoczsz fans. Its an absolutely brilliant weekend. Ped

Ped Now I would say - join those queues and mix it up with the Poles. Yes you have to work hard to get your seats as those that get in early tape of huge sections for their mates. But the atmosphere is brilliant. But it does require stamina!!! Sometimes I do think going the luxury route is a good idea. Where are you staying Bradford Ace?? The Big-Josh trips are the best. We are doing the Rico's Rollercoaster Road travel trip on the Sunday!! Last year we did the Under 21's (?) and the year before a league meeting. The passion is unbelieveable and the entertainment out of the stadium is also brilliant. You will have an awsome time.
Rob B
Two years ago we had tickets for back straight and got their early about 4.00 but couldn't find anywhere to seat decent (apart from front row where you couldn't see a thing) as it was all reserved by the Poles, each block seemed to have their own leader, we ended up standing up at the back which was a very good view but just tiring on the legs standing for 6 hours. If was going again would book reserved seats on the first bend.

Best view, undoubtedly in with the prawn sandwich brigade, but you'll be looking at £100 + for your ticket. Atmosphere nil. Then as others have mentioned there are numbered seats running from the entry to turn 1 round the bend. We've used them before and they're ok. You can be set back quite far from the track though, it depends where your allocated seat is really. Can't remember how much these tickets were last year. Atmosphere, hmmmm ok but not too lively. Or brave the remainder of the stadium. Tickets last year were around £20. Atmosphere electric. View superb (thanks to having very kind friends in Bydgoszcz). If you don't have people looking out for you then getting a decent place to view the racing can be difficult. Rico
Mateusz
As Rico said, if you don't have anyone to keep seats at the backstraight for you, I suggest considering numbered seats in the so called Sektor A. Last yr they cost 170 zl (about 37 quid; 1 gbp ~ 4,6 zl now ). If you book it quickly, you can select between seats in the highest rows. Wouldn't expect online booking too early tho' - June, May maybe.
