SCB
I don't think any one can be too disapointed with today. In the end the weather held out, the track held up well and there was some good, hard racing. Interesting day, I've been press officer, I did a bit of merchandise selling (AKA, getting in a61's way ), water sweeping, photographer, pain in the backside and most importantly, fan I'm glad it's over, an't imagine the relief Nick is feeling

Diesel
I thoroughly enjoyed the meeting yesterday, certainly a top way to blow away the cobwebs! I thought the racecard in the program was a bit crap though....

I thought the racecard in the program was a bit crap though.... .....now people could take that the wrong way!!!! Luckily I understand and based on that - personally I thought the whole programme was crap!!!!! (Tries finding all the smilies possible to make people realise Im am JOKING!!!) For those that arent quite getting tis -Silver Bee produced all of the advertising for Nick from the posters, flyers, Speedway star adverts, programme cover and programme inserts. And SCB designed the racecrad and Nicks Testimonial website - www.nicksimmonsspeedway.co.uk or HERE. It will be updated either today or tomorrow as Im still trying to clean the car oout and sort out all the bits and pieces a meeting like this leaves you with AND Im off to Wolves tonight. So please be patient

How dare you critisize when you have never made a race card for a programme, come back and say that when you have. BTW, I agree Sandie, you make it sound like I did some work, my boss won't be pleased as I don't do much of it at work

SCB
What was the crowd size do you think ?? A queue started forming at 10.30 Seriously. It made a few of us laugh, proves its not only Poole meetings that the masses (ok, I exagerate there) queue up for!

Dietbowers
well, i`ve sort of come around from the weekends booze fest, and would just like to say that it was a reasonable speedway meeting the crowd could have been a little more, but with the weather we had the previous day where it lashed down for nearly 24 hours obviously kept some people away, although the puddle in the middle of the center mess(green) was an obvious bullseye for one unfortunate poor soul(hope the showers were warmer Nick). my date was there which only enhanced the day nice to see SCB,colincooke(***k the post office )and that poor lad we know as Pinstripe the Dietbow flowed very nicely and just topped me up from the day before all in all,not a bad day out,and hope that Nick enjoyed it as much as the supporters by the way,was that Mroz leading Harris for just over two laps?,or was it one `bow too many?
