I was pretty happy about Leigh Lanham too <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No problem - anyone can paste it onto any club forum if they like. I met with Nick his morning and he ran through his plans. 16 rider meeting - 20 heats and a final. He said that although many testimonals have added extras between heats he felt that as its a March meeting there is a chance it could still be rather cold and that people are there to see the racing so has concentrated on that. He already has a number of sponsors lined up but if anyone is interested in either sponsoring a heat or a rider then please PM or E mail me (Nick is having to use the Library at the moment for internet access!!!) I will pass them on to Nick. Edited January 23, 2008 by Sandie

tanya
I've read in a few places now that Nick was an asset of the Isle of Wight for 10 years, I'm sure that he was a Newport asset at one point?

Sandie
Belle Vue have a practise that day so not sure if Crump will be there. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks for that Rob, we had already been informed of this by private message. And as it says its not confirmed line up yet. Jason is not back in the Country yet and has said to Nick (or shold I now be calling him Tricks!!!!) that as soon as he is back he will get his schedule sorted and talk to him. So bear with us please - its a moveable feast all time. I've spent half the evening talking to our graphic designer and the other half writing letters. Things are happening and changing very quickly.
