youngy105
Will the restaging take into account 2008 GSA averages because I imagine by the time this is re-run most riders would have done 6 home 6 away meetings.
Star Fever
Super 7even Shambles. . . Oh so it was nothing to do with the heavy rain then!
crikeythatsfast
Oh so it was nothing to do with the heavy rain then! No it was JC as usual I suspect, he gets blamed for shed loads and didn't you know he controls the weather too now lol
BobC
Now let me see......oh yes,Poland kicks off big time tomorrow. No wonder the riders wanted it off.
Steve Shovlar
Remember a couple of years ago when it rained at Poole in the ELRC. Soon as "rider meeting" comes up, you know the meeting will be off, regardless of whether is pours or is a passing shower. And by the look of it BobC you are spot on. The radar shows a rainshower over Kings Lynn which has no gone to leave a dry evening. Bet Buster is spitting blood. Feel sorry for the fans who travelled. Me too SS, it's awfully sickening if you have travelled hundreds of miles to a meeting when it's rained off, it's sadly one of the set backs of holding meetings this early in the year. Star Fever
....it's sadly one of the set backs of holding meetings this early in the year. ANY time of the year surely?? The only thing more likely this time of year is that it won't be t-shirt weather
stevehone
track was looking good, it was nice and sunny, and then the rain came, what more can you do?

The only thing more likely this time of year is that it won't be t-shirt weather lol that much is true, I think KL had more rain off's than anyone last season, was kinda hoping the weather might be kinder to us this year Well might be wet t-shirt weather if you don't take a coat, but watch out for the chapel hat pegs
Steve Shovlar
So can we hear from people who were there please? was the track completely unraceable, or was it the usual riders ganging up and persauding the others it was not safe to ride, as happened at Poole a couple of years ago?(because they were due to fly to Poland in the morning) Looking at the weather radar there's hardly any rain in the KL area now. stevehone
So can we hear from people who were there please? track was wet but there was enough shale down to soak a lot of it up and was still pretty firm. thought a few laps would have cleared the crap but the riders decided to get the harrows on it to rip into it which seemed to make it worse. after that, we then had another downpour and that was that.
