No thanks.

Should be a great evening. Sold out weeks ago and should be a great night with over 320 of us present. Decided to be driver so I will have a clear head for Sundays action. :approve:

Believe what you like Steve - but its true. Im fed already of your Poole is the most wonderful thing since sliced bread.

You'll feel better tomorrow Sandie. :P

But if not....well you're best to just let it wash over you like water off a duck's back, otherwise it's going to be a long season of discontent.

Jesus many of us have had to suffer the gloating since Coventry won the league, but have just got on with it. Its a sport. There's winners and losers.

Sure, if we have a good season I and many others will be crowing from the rooftops. I am sure any fan from any club would be doing the same. Just because I said Poole fans should get there early you are not coming?

Luckily then I didn't post Poole fans should have their own entrance or be moved to the front of the queue!

You dont honestly believe that rubbish do you Steve? The stadium is big enough for Sandie to avoid you should she wish and she knows where to avoid! I wish Poole well in there 2008 campaign, and hope the weather holds out for Sunday!

You coming up on Sunday nevs?

Alas not Steve,The lad is racing at Poole Cycle speedway in the morning, and already a car full with a parent taking three riders and their bikes, and if myself his sister, his mum had also travelled up would have cost us £100 to get into speedway following on from the Cycle speedway-which alas we cannot afford.

Sadly to say its cycle speedway for the youngsters and then head back to Exeter asap and hopefully catch some of the speedway on updates

All the best for it anyway-hope you all have a great time celebrating your 60th year same as we did at Exeter for our 75th andalso final meeting.

Hope it goes well for all involved and all fans able to attend have a great time.

Dont forget Tapes up for Exeter kicking Poole's backside cycle speedway wise in the opening meeting of the season is 11AM sharp at Baiter Park :approve:

I estimate a crowd of about 94 cycle speedway wise.

If the gates full signs are not up when they finish racing maybe you could pop along and give the kids a few complimentary tickets seeing as they brought their meeting forward to accomodate the pirates and have to be up at stupid o clock to get their bikes ready and travel for an 11am tapes up.:lol:

What a great gesture that would be to possible riders of the future and a nice surprise for them all.

In all seriousness I hope the Poole celebrations of 60 years of racing is a special day for all involved which it quite rightly deserves to be.

Have a great one.

Absolutely loads of coverage today in the local Daily Echo, so I'd recommend anyone in the area grabs a copy.

For those interested outside of the area, there's plenty of the articles on the Daily Echo website, including something which I'm sure will interest Doncaster Dragon and all the Dave Lanning fans. ;):D

Superb coverage. Possibly the biggest ever? This massive coverage will get attract a hell of a lot of non speedway fans along to the stadium tomorrow to see what all the fuss is about.

I dread to imagine the length of those queues, even with fans who have purchsed in advance. Sure they will move faster but they still have to give a free program and discount voucher which will slow things up.

Decided to get down to Poole early to get something to eat before heading to the stadium. Don't like the stadium food.

Glad to se that the threat of rain has gone away and the forecast is now giving a sunny afternoon, if a bit blustery. Hopefully the track staff can keep the moisture in the track and it will last the pace.

With so much at stake, and possibly 10-11 points the traget to make the final, I think we will see some titanic battles, and even a run off to see who makes the final 4. Then it's anyones guess.

My final four would be Crump, N Pedersen, B Pedersen and a complete suprise rider who none predicted would be there, like Harris or Holder.

Not long now to wait. :approve:

Why should I respect that? I travel all over supporting Poole and don't want resepct for putting diesel in my car!

Zzzzzzzzzzz!!! And Coventry fans didn't gloat and windup in 2007!

Well I am not going to join the politically correct lets all be pals act. Sport is competitive and fans support their club. If you don't like me bigging up my club, stick me on the "ignore user" button. Easy really. Doubt either of you will.

Last forecast at 7pm said Sunday is a dry day, so no stopping it now.

Hampel out, Schein in unfortunately. Shame that Hampel has injured himself but rather have seen Lindgren as his replacement.

Oh dear Steve,i really do think you should take time to look at your postings before submitting them sometimes.

Do you have any idea how bigotted, conceited & selfish that post looks.

If some see telling things as they see them at the time as gloating then that's their problem.

I'm very sure your not this way person to person Steve as others have assured me so.

I've learnt in my 35 years as a fan to be competitive as a supporter of Coventry & respect other riders & fans, pity 1 such as yourself can't see likewise.I'm with Kev H on his veiw also.

I add again in case you missed it the 1st time. I wish for a good afternoon for Poole & ALL speedway fans.

Thanks for those links Rabbit. At least Bjarne is being honest & noddy seems to confirm what he says.

Lanning eh! there's a blast from the past.Enjoy.

zzzzzzzzzzzz! Boring.

If that's all you have to add then you really are unbelievable.

Oh, & don't think you'll be going on an ignore user with me.

I'm constantly laughing my butt off at the pathetic drivel you spout on here :approve:

Grabbed that before you had a chance to delete yourself, 2nd thoughts eh!

Any mod that feels i'm out of order here please PM me & i'll gladly delete anything that you oppose to.

Some of us are gents.

Considering you have introduced yourself to me twice last season I think you know who I am

Stop trying to be the self righteous guy. You are coming across as a pompous know-it-all whose views mean little to most.

I would also add a forum is for people with a common interest with differing views. I have completely different views to you, but do I come along and slag you off without being provoked? No.

As far as I am concerned my opinion is mine and as this is an open forum I am quite free to post my own thoughts, as long as I abide by the rules. But over the last few days you have broken the rules by attacking the poster and not the post. That alone is against the rules of this forum. I rarely attack a poster unless they go for me.

If you can't handle my posts, put me on ignore user. Its very easy and if you can't find the button ask a mod and they will show you how to do it.
