A very good nights racing on a well prepared track at the Brandon

Flat Track Complex in Ayr, North Queensland. Each rider had their

dose of bad luck throughout the night with many bikes breaking, a few

DNF's and a couple of exclusions. Kozza Smith having extra bad luck,

breaking the rear chain on his bike before the Final had even begun,

luckily enough, Roy Stout had his bike sitting there ready to go. It

was a tight final with Mitchell Davey making the gate, on the second

lap, Josh wound up his bike and slipped past going into the top turn

to win the race over Mitchell Davey (2nd), Scott McKenna (3rd) and

Kozza Smith (4th).

 

Article written by Ashleigh Davey - due to the fact that an hour

after the meeting (and presentations "to claim their money") Mitchell

Davey, Josh Grajczonek, Tobias Vaughn and Ashley Cathcart packed

their van and drove to schoolies! TALK ABOUT KEEN!
