Mateusz
Could someone please translate the whole article, please? (...) I musiał pojechać do domu. Nie mogłem sobie pozwolić, żeby wywierał zły wpływ na innych. Wszyscy pozostali trenują solidnie.(...) "Courtney and Bridger have already got back to England. rabbit
Slightly off topic but can someone just clarify the rules in Poland this year for GP riders and foreign riders. Also what is the deal with the junior/senior set-up? I'm sure I've read it many times before but would really appreciate the definitive rules before spouting off any rubbish! Mama
Slightly off topic but can someone just clarify the rules in Poland this year for GP riders and foreign riders. Also what is the deal with the junior/senior set-up? I'm sure I've read it many times before but would really appreciate the definitive rules before spouting off any rubbish! In the match line-up each team can have max 2 GP riders (in each league). About juniors there is small difference between Extraleague and 1st+2nd leagues. In Extraleague each team must have at least 2 juniors (for 7-riders line-up) and at least one of the juniors must have Polish speedway licence. In 1st and 2nd leagues each team must have at least 3 juniors (for 8-riders line-up) and at least two of the juniors must have Polish speedway licence. The numbers for juniors are 6, 7, 8 and 14, 15, 16 - 7, 8, 15, 16 are kind of reserve riders (7+15 have some programmed rides). Of course for teams from Daugavpils, Miskolc and Rivne "Polish speedway licence" mean Latvian/Hungarian/Ukrainian speedway licence

Anders
Nice to see some results from the challenges in Poland on Sportowefakty. I noticed the following thing from the live updates from the Tarnow vs Czestochowa meeting: 13. Klecha, J.Rempała, Kowalczyk 5:1 (40:38) Ze startu zrezygnował Nicki Pedersen. 14. Doolan, Larsen, Piekarski (w/2min), Mi.Szczepaniak (w/2min) 5:0 (45:38) 15. Zieliński, M.Rempała, Pedersen (w/2min), Ułamek (w/2min) 5:0 (50:38) Częstochowianie zrezygnowali z udziału w biegach nominowanych. Appears that Nicki didn't come out for his fourth ride, and then all Czestochowa riders were excluded in the nomination heats. What on earth happened in Tarnow? Was it some kind of protest against something, or what!?
rabbit
And we think we get weird n wonderful meetings over here. I noticed yesterday that the Gdansk-Torun meeting only went as far as Ht13, but couldn't make head nor tail why - it said 'Mecz zakończono po 13 biegach. Dodatkowo odbędą się wyścigi juniorów' - can anyone tell me what does translates as? I could only get the bit about juniors and heat 13.
