tommy
Last Sunday the league wrapped up in Poland and although (some) riders contracts expire on the last day of October, teams have already began to assemble line-ups for 2008. For Zielona Gora there is still a question of weather Walasek will re-sign and who is the 5th senior that has signed (being kept a secret), the following have valid contracts... 1.Pepe (2 yrs.) 2.Lindgren GP rider..most likely 3.NKI (re-signed on Sunday) GP rider 4.Walasek ???? 5.???? 6.Zengota 7.Kling (re-signed on Sunday) Rumours: Bjerre, Dobrucki as the 5th senior and the talented 16 year-old Russian Artem Wodjakow from Turbina Balakowo (mulit-year contract). Hazzman
Wasn't it suggested on Speedwayworld.tv that Walasek is off Czestochowa? I have read Wodjakow to Rzeszow Harris to Liga 1 Bydgoszcz Holder to Torun But they could all be rubbish. Woffinden is off Czestochowa anyways. As for Wodjakow..we'll just wait and see ... Also sportowefakty.pl will keep tabs on who is going where HERE Edited October 16, 2007 by tommy
iris123
I am sure there will be a number of clubs trying to sign Wodjakow. The future looks good for Russia

tommy
Not sure who the 5th senior is either. Yeah we maxed out on GP riders so the 5th rider is still a mystery...Walasek is close to signing but hasn't put pen to paper just yet. Management had long talks with PK after the Ostrow meeting so who knows?

iris123
Why? Hes blantely got more to offer than NKI, although Rune is pretty cool <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But Niels has the better average, doesn't he.Plus he managed to get into the GPs without a wildcard Think i would rather have seen Kevin joining a team in a lower league though. His appearances were pretty limited this season.Although he was getting a few junior meetings. But being in a lower league hasn't done Tobi or Christian any harm

Hes 2 years younger also?

(WC meeting and GP challenge) but in the EL he never looks incontrol and flatters to decieve. Seems to score well in Poland though, not sure about Sweden. Either way, you ask any ZKZ fan (not steve t ) and ask who they would chose if it came to that
tommy
IMO NKI was one of the most improved riders in Polish league this year.

That's how it is...
Mateusz
Looks like Gollob's not gonna join Bydgoszcz from next season... It's more than obvious he'd come to his hometown club if Polonia had saved Ekstraliga this year but in the current situation things are much more complicated in terms of Tomek's sponsors etc. TG has not said "no" yet but he needs more time to make his final decision and Bydgoszcz can't wait that long while most class riders are being signed by other clubs every day now... So hopefully the second GP rider representing my team will be Chris Harris. I'd like to see him the most in the 2008 line-up.
