Brummie Boy
We now know 11 of next year's GP riders and I reckon we could all take a guess at who three of the four wildcards will be: Andreas Jonsson - Sweden need at least one representative and he it deserves from SOME of his GP results this year. Could have probably done better except for some bad luck with injuries. Chris Harris - the only rider to challenge Gollob for pure entertainment value alone + great Cardiff win and guaranteed to add a fair number of supporters to the 2008 GB GP. Jaroslaw Hampel - A thrilling rider on his day and had bad luck with injuries this year. Also need to add at least one rider to Gollob for Polish GPs. But who will take the fourth berth? Many have said that this will go to Zagar as the organisers need to add some representation for the Eastern European GPs. However, it will be a tough decision, as can the GP organisers only leave one Swede in the GPs? When Lindgren had his chance he looked as if he could be a challenger for a top 8 berth next year. My choice would be Lindgren, as Zagar failed to fulfill his potential in the GPs and on most occasions only seemed to be making up the numbers. Or would you favour someone else? Personally i would say Hampel for 1 by virtue of him only having ridden in 8 rounds(i think) & his scoring average has been similar to those on 91pts.Then Lindgren by virtue of the need for a 2nd Swede on top of his superb wild card showings. However, organisers may see fit to choose KK over Hampel or Zagar for the sake of Slovenia GP,Zagar though as has been said by others could always have the No16 jacket in that round. Mr Wong
Zagar doesnt deserve to be back next year, what about Lindback
Seb the Snail
Can a mod please move this thread to the GP section? For what it's worth, I think Zagar has done nothing to warrant a return to the series next year and was even woeful in his home GP. Lindgren for me every time. Besides Zagar's behaviour in the Swedish and English league doesn't really improve his status either.

Mateusz
Jonsson and Harris for sure. Lindgren probably too - there must be two Swedes. And the last one goes to Hampel or Kasprzak or Zagar I think. Hopefully to one of the Poles as if not then we'd have only the good ol' Gollob - Holta's not Polish for me. tomazpozrl
Id agree with this but i think they'll go for Zagar over Hampel. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Don't think so. And I think Zagar knows already that he is out of the series for next year, at least judging by his comments and reactions after Gelsenkirchen. iris123
Yes,i just don't think the Slovenian GP is that important nor probably had Matej powerful enough sponsors to mean he is a must have.Being wildcard for Krsko is enough to ensure the crowd that goes.It is hardly a major GP and would probably get dumped if enough alternatives come up imo. tocha
Anyone know when the wild cards are going to be announced? my picks: AJ Harris Freddie KK/Hampel <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My feeling is it will be:- Harris Jonsson Kasprzak Saijfutdinov I think that IMG will consider that Jonsson and Holta are the reprentatives for Scandinavia after Denmark. Hampel has done very little in this series whilst KK had an excellent SWC and topped it off with a second place in Bydgoszoz.
Steve Turner
Jaroslaw Hampel - A thrilling rider on his day <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I'm quoting it just to see if I read it correctly ! As for Zagar getting a wildcard...no chance ! I expect the blondes to get into the GP series...

Lindgren, Jonsson and Harris seem certain and then it's between Hampel and Kaspzrak for the final place.
Silver Bee
Lindgren, Jonsson, Harris and Kasprzak. I think Hampels had his chance with Kasprzak looking the far better rider at the moment.
osn
Kenneth Bjerre must be the rider for number 16. He is the best non GP rider.
