Steve Turner
Hans' GP season ended after Nicki had words with him after their 'clash' in Malilla. Coincidence maybe, or Nicki got into his head and it's really messed Hans up... Hans has had 16 races since that fateful Semi...and out of 51 possible points he's scored 11 ! He rides like a beaten man in the GP's
Seb the Snail
The track was awful but not as bad as Millard. How could he possibly have made such a horlicks of Heat 20 when Nicki was 4 laps from the title? Unbelievable. Apart from that it was a night that most of the riders will want to forget. Hans and Greg went AWOL again, Leigh faded away having looked fit in his opening rides, Zagar was woeful and that was about it. Oh, and well done to Nicholls who looks set for another year in the series in 2008.
screm
The most important race of the entire GP year and Millard completely screws up by saying "Pedersen (Nicki) is stuck at the back" as the riders enter the first bend, yes you've guessed it, with Nicki a mile ahead of the field. MILLARD MUST GO <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Wonder how long sky will let this idiot go on for.His comment on Pedersen was the last straw. My favourite was "Gollob is Gollob in this race". Didn't seem to have affected Hans at Arlo 3 weeks ago - he got a 15pt max & Nicki couldn't get near him.
tigerblues
Millard was classic tonight. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The man's a legend. Nicki gates about a week in front of his opponents and Millard shouts in disbelief "and look at Nicki stuck in last place", to which Kelvin replies, "no he's not, he's in front!". As if that wasn't enough, Millard continues as if his first comment was that Nicki made an awesome start and was wiping the floor with the other 3! My other favourite was, 1st bend of one race, "and if it stays like this, Nicki Pedersen will be world champion" all because Leigh was about a wheel behind! The usuals were in there aswell, the man from Mildura, like a knife through butter, Matej Zagar 5 times Slovenian champion etc
Subedei
He remains infinitely better than Pearson.
superguest
I cant believe people havent mentioned Rune Holta. Hes brilliant! Jagus was impressive til his last two heats aswell! Track was fine and racing was a lot better than you normally get at Cardiff.
Piccolo
subedei, of course he is, pearson has no idea about speedway and makes mistakes all the time!! NOT. millard should just retire gracefully coz he gets worse. other sports wouldnt stand for it on sky but spedways different.
