Latvian Speedway Grand Prix 2007

Would love to see Adams win the thing this year simply because he hasn't been World Champ yet, but you have to hand it to NP, he has been unbelievably consistent and can only throw it away now

Agree Laguta was like a breath of fresh air and looks worth a punt for a British club possibly ;)

from Panthers site

Looks like Hans is OK translated this from his site this morning

Hans has here morning been discharged from the hospital, with a message about keeping quiet the next days.

So instead for a trip to Poland the mechanics have already put the course against Denmark, and as if it looks now we do not expect that Hans is on "the horse" again before earliest at Thursday.

Don't know whether that has changed

N Pedersen is having a V Good GP,but last night reminded me how two faced he is,in Malilia he(N Pedersen)threw his toys out of his pram when H Andersen rode him out to the fence, even though Hans did leave him JUST enough room.

Last night he (N Pedersen) took L Adams out in the exact spot but left L Adams NO ROOM,Leigh delt with the matter on the track.

Good post - obviously the reason Adams has so much respect within the sport and Pedersen sadly doesnt!

Nicki did not take Hans out, Hans was leaning all over Nicki down the straight then fell off.

Agreed but he knew he would make him crash when he threw out his back wheel to make the turn. In a pre meeting interview NP was of the view that they should be allowed to sort out their differences privately on the track so perhaps this is what he did. He's changed his tactics though because he went very public the previous time. Oh well it will end up with one of them being hurt if someone does not make them see a modecom of sense. At least it provides a bit of interest in a series that is in need of something to liven it up. Did I hear Dave Norris say last night there may be changes in both the Elite League and the GP's next year or was he like me just wishful thinking.

Like one of Scott and Hans would? These little one-on-one rivalries are great! The fact it's currently bewteen the two bad guys whoe everyone loves to hate just makes it even better!
