Get rid of this rubbish tournament and replace with a watered down version for the riders who ride their hearts out each week but always end up with low averages/points scores. At least you are guaranteed a full line up and, even though they're not the best riders in the league, I think it would still provide a good level of entertainment. For example, 16 riders involved could be

Kevin Doolan

Olly Allen

Lewis Bridger

Tobi Kroner

Leigh Lanham

Danny King

Eddie Kennett

Jonas Davidsson

Andy Moore

David Howe

Craig Boyce

Piotr Swiderski

Mads Korneliussen

Mark Lemon

Cam Woodward

Robert Miskowiak

still a few hours to go saint rob the line up could still look like that ;):P

Reason for Shields in for Iversen is because Iversen was only it cause of average he wasnt the actual top Peterborough rider in as that is Hans. So as NKI withdrew the next one in the average list is Adam.

Crump on the other hand is Top average for Poole meaning he is Pooles rider in the meeting and now he has been withdrawn it would have Been Bjarne but with him already in the meeting it goes to Next Poole rider who is available.

Superstar 1 ..... Next in line for Crump as Bjarne is already in surely not Troy as next highest average :o (Has been said on another thread)

Hey Shazzybird, Got £5 on Davey at 54-1 earlier on betfair

Sadly for everyone else he's now into 25-1 ;)

Now I'm totally lost how long has Shields rode for Peterborough, has he left Arena

No What i said was NKI was only in the ELRC cause he was high in the EL Averages. As they is only 10 teams in the EL 10 riders (1 From each club). E.g Hans for Peterborough. The Next 5 Highest averaged Riders get the next spots for the meeting with 1 Wildcard (Chris Harris). NKI was in the Next 5 average Riders and now that he has Pulled out this means his place goes to the Next Highest Average Rider in the EL Averages which is Adam Shields.

Regarding Crump/Batchelor Situation. Either Eddie oe Boycey didnt want to ride in the meeting or neither Were available.

No! that's not what you said but thank you for re-phrasing it for me

In future I think they should put every riders name in a hat draw lots as to who gets a placing if they don't want to ride in it for any reason fine them! It's not what it used to be is it? Picking and choosing meetings to suit, ELRC used to be a goal for the end of season now they some have the "couldn't care less" attitude
