tomhaines
Who's idea was it to drop Bjerre/Iversen and bring in Ronni Pedersen?? That superb tactical move cost the Danes the World Cup
Dekker
i agree that the bjerre/pedersen swap was a bad move, but gjedde certainly proved he was worth his place.
Robbo
Iversen knos the Danish tracks well, and you could see Hans Andersen wasn't fit!.
Jungle Jake
Gjedde scored a few points - but he also dropped a few Bjerre would have cruised to. Never underestimate KB
Midnight_Lady
Never underestimate KB I don't think anyone does. On the other hand you always make out he is the best no matter what  Statistics don't prove that do they :?:
Jungle Jake
statistics prove that that old guy who rides for you had a few good meetings obviously on his fav tracks. Robbo
Bjerre is in hot form at the mo and is probably the in form premier rider along with Simon Stead & Craig Watson.Him and Iversen 1&2 in the averages next year
garf
Who's idea was it to drop Bjerre/Iversen and bring in Ronni Pedersen?? That superb tactical move cost the Danes the World Cup The result showed a bad decission as Ronni Pedersen never made up to the KB standard. No doubt that KB would have made a lot more points than Ronni. Jacob Olsen, National Danish coach, used the argument that the two youngsters was not used to ride in a 5 riders match. Hmmmmmm. From my point of view, they do have the wildness and courage of the youth, which they might have been able to use in the battle of the first curve too. Yes, they are not experienced but they have the speed. Wrong decissions gives bad results ! ! ! ! :-( Jacob should have sticked to his impressions, and not got scared and political. I think he was under a lot of preassure from certain people in the Danish team or close to !
