rami
What a cracking meeting and well done to Poland in a magnificient WTC. Really enjoyed the meeting with stunning races. Great advert for the sport in general. Nice to see Nicholls get one over Hans in the last heat to make sure Danmark failed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Great meeting with some superb racing, how i wish we had a track like that in the uk, I just knew scotty was gonna beat Hans in that race. Well done all four teams super entertainment
Silver Bee
Hear Hans? Bike problems when he wasn't going fast enough in heat 25 - my arse! Disgusted with all the cheating that went on. Poland got 4 points from Balinski and they won by 3 We didn't gain from Olly at all although I really don't agree with what we did. I really can't understand the idea behind the Schlein/Holder one? I'm guessing that one was genuine??
Steve Shovlar
well done poland wanted denmark to win but oh well the brits were very dissapointing <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well you shouldn't worry you carry on being a traitor. Let them have a taste. IMO the reserve should be able to come in anyway if a rider is off form.

Mr Ore
well poland won...in poland, no real surprise there! really wanted denmark to win when i saw the score at heat 19 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> and Great Britain won the qualifier in err, Great Britain. Rob B
Great Britain were terrible. Couldn't understand all the fuss about Mondays win and not wanting to go to the race off. Thats 5 years on a trot now the winner has come from the race off. I think they need to look at changing the format as going to the race off is such a big advantage. The only team not to win from the race were the very strong Australian teams.
BobC
Didnt take Hans long to start spitting his dummy, did it? He should have been on game for laugh! Shame.
Silver Bee
maybe Team GB had bike problems all night then, would you agree? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Did we claim we had bike problems when we weren't quick enough? NO! I believe that Middlo said how our equipoment wasn't up to scatch for an event like this. Come off it once the Aussies and Brits were out of it they let the reserves have a ride. Long way to go and get kitted up for zero rides. Let them have a taste. IMO the reserve should be able to come in anyway if a rider is off form. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It's STILL cheating! I'm an avid Team Gb follower but it's still wrong. It was wrong for Poland to do it, it was wrong for briaint to do it and I still can't understand the Aussie move. It can't be your theory with Schlein as he rode on Thursday - he wasn't in Poland and kitted up for nothing.
stevehone
waiting for some of these Team GB fans to start cursing about home track advantage ... before you do, think back a year.
manchesterpaul
Just watched this final on the internet live feed provided by fellow forum member Gray. Interesting interview with Hans Andersen at the end. On more than one occasion he was quite skeptical about Grzegorz Walsek having a foot injury. Steve Shovlar
As for the Brits, well looking at the lineup nothing could have been expected from Kennett and Stead, but the main problem was the experienced riders of Richardson, Nicholls and Harris all failed to turn up tonight to keep the score respectable. Harris in particular was drwadful. 3 points from the GP winner was a very poor show. Way too fast a track for the youngsters, who just don't have fast tracks like that in the UK. It was blistering out there and the GB boys were left standing. I wish there were tracks like this in the UK but doub't we would ever see one. RacerDon
Nice to see that Walasek's foot injury had recovered well enough for him to sprint out like a gazelle to give Gollob the bumps. Well done Poland.
Rob B
Did we claim we had bike problems when we weren't quick enough? NO! I believe that Middlo said how our equipoment wasn't up to scatch for an event like this Harris and Nicholls are GP riders and should have top equipment but were not on the pace till near the end. The British team is just no where near good enough.
