JIROUT
Star Lady You support who you like love.......Funnily enough when they played the national anthem at Cardiff before the meeting i never heard any of the fans singing it either.....Dont really think singing the national anthem makes you want to do well for your country more......Tonight i saw 5 young men wearing the Union Jack with pride....and i was bloody proud of them.....Come on Team GB JAYBEA
Andrew E
So as a Coventry fan I should not support GB because Richardson, Stead and Kennett don't ride for them. I should be pretty pissed off with the England football team as a Coventry FC fan. It's about your COUNTRY!!!!!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> not saying that its just my opinion. and i dont really support my country that much in sports competions cos id rather support my teams just what i do Edited July 16, 2007 by Andrew E

Or dont you cheer for Millsy, Lee, Trundle and Compton?? Get real Andrew.....You telling me if Steve Boxall or Tai Woffinden chose to ride for Lynn you wouldn't support them cos they rode for Rye House?? acef
Great result from the lads but it wasnt exactly hard was it? Fair enough, though, you can only beat whats put in front of you and we did that. Lets hop we do ourselves proud in the final. Any one have the scorecard, or our boys numbers please? Steve Turner
An enjoyable night in good company...some good racing, some great racing, some pap. Track was too slick really, but we seemed to have got away with it. But jeez, those meetings are too long even if the racing's decent ! Way too many heats... Anyway, well done to the entertaining riders of the night You know who you are ! Had a few laughs with the on-track and off-track incidents Good crowd, nice and noisy...great sweets, nice and juicy...good friends, nice and stupid. Unfortunately I then had my night ended by an articulated truck removing the left hand side of my van, fortunately no-one was sat there ! ...never mind, it didn't ruin the night
SCB
Dont like to upset you but Tomas Topinka used to ride for Ipswich as well :-) As did Daniel Nermark and James Brundle! Crap meeting for 15 heats, then it come to life a bit, thanks God for the company, which included some Welsh people from Newport
