rhidassa
It is correct, but theres shipping on top of that - £3 in the UK. I've already preordered it.
Dan the Production Man
The price is correct, Marc and I here in Production thought long and hard about the price but feel we have come up with a bargain. We have just finished the master which includes the following: Grand Prix - 1hr 55mins approx Highlights - 5 minute round up Exclusive Interview with Bomber Harris - 15 mins approx Harris on Harris - Video of Harris watching the final back with his own commentary / thoughts Commentators off Camera - Kelvin Tatum & Nigel Pearson - see them through the final getting animated and their after thoughts So we have managed to pack in a lot for your money! And it will be as good if not better than the 2006 DVD box set we made! Would welcome your feedback and thoughts!! Best Dan BHP

jeffers185
Was unable to attend Cardiff this year or watch it live and then fell asleep through all the reruns on Sky! I registered with the forum to try to start tracking down a copy of the GP. How lucky was I! Straight in with a cracking link, ordered instantly, roll on Mr Postman. rhidassa
Paulr, I think I saw somewhere it'd be released on the 16th July, though I may be wrong.
Dan the Production Man
Paulr, I think I saw somewhere it'd be released on the 16th July, though I may be wrong. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi Rhidassa, yes we will be receiving the units on the 16th July and will be dispatching by recorded delivery so you should receive within a couple of working days. Ipswich Jules
Is this the same coverage and commentary as what was on Sky? I'll probably be shot down but I hope it is - I was there to see it but my Sky+ failed and can't watch it back and hear the Sky commentators get excited about bomber winning as I know they would of done and that is part of the appeal for me. Have also got a great 15 minute interview with Chris Harris which we filmed yesterday and several other extra's... Was doing our best to get this out before the 16th but when the opportunity came up to do the interview we thought it would be worth the wait!! How much did C4 pay for the rights to sho those highlights (which they then proceeded to show at 4AM)? Was the fact they showed it at bizarre times part of the deal? Are their legal reasons?
youngy105
Payment has cleared for my copy of this so I'm counting the days the postman pops it through the door. I was unable to attend this year due to becoming a Father again (see Speedway Star June 23rd Edition Page 27) and it was excellent to watch live on Sky. The Dvd I recorded starts to freeze round the time of the semi-finals so the final is really difficult to watch.

You'll see this more when you watch the clips of them commentating on the final in the DVD extra's..

Hopefully someone with some sense will realise that this sport could appeal more (I have recently been converted...)
Liontamer
I was given the 6 dvd box set for Christmas after deciding not to buy it myself as I thought it wouldn't be much cop being so cheap. Well I was wrong. Up until now each Grand Prix DVD has been selling for £20 - £25 (which is why I didn't buy them), but the 6 DVD set was brilliant & well worth £20. I'll certainly be ordering a copy of the Cardiff GP (even with the threat of Nigel Pearson commentating), & well done to the people responsible for selling quality DVD's at sensible prices. Any chance of a free copy for being so nice?
Gemini
The Dvd I recorded starts to freeze round the time of the semi-finals so the final is really difficult to watch. I think DVD's are a pain in the neck and not all they are cracked up to be. I've got that fed up with them freezing and all the stupid reading and erasing etc. I've gone back to my trusty video. New technology is not always the best. Now where did I put my wind up grammophone.

We sold lots of DVD boxsets last time and only had about 2 disks needing to be replaced which could have been the machines they were being played on... Is that correct?
