oldtimer
A warning to car drivers, allegedly traders and general public in Cardiff are angry about the recent increase in parking charges by NCP. Car park charges have apparently almost doubled overnight. Under new price increase NCP charges are 80 pence for every 15 minutes up to a max of £12. Alternatively it is £3-20 per hour. It is reported that the NCP park at Dumfries Place is slightly cheaper at £1-80 per hour. To make matters worse there are major redevelopments in the city centre and the car park in Mary-Ann Streer has been demolished.

Brian Hamilton
In view of the experiences of last year and what is being said about parking charges etc this year, I can see it is getting very close to the old saying 'killing the goose that lays the golden egg'. Watch out Cardiff Council, be warned!!!!!!!
