T.N.T.
The town is rammed all day and car parking near to the stadium is at a premium. Maybe the train station across the road may be an answer, but if not its a case of driving around and looking. As for drinks and food, you are spoilt for choice
Gemini
You could always try the park n' ride on the way out to Cardiff Bay. We stayed there in 2001 in the camper van and had no problems. I don't know what it's like now as regards actually getting a bus - perhaps they put more on now - but we had to walk and it's about a mile. Well, it felt like it anyway so if you can manage to walk in a straight line back to your van after the meeting then it should be the ideal place.
