Joester
Is this 100%? I'm particularly interested in Scott. Is he going to try and qualify this year? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He opted out of the GP qualifying rounds, along with Harris and Kennett

Guest Schumi
didn't he turn down his spot in the qualifiers? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I thought so, but as yet no-one's been able to back that up with a link or quote, so I didn't want to state it as fact. I know Eddie did, but wasn't completely sure about Scott. Edit: and I see no-one's been able to answer the seed question so far either. I wonder if even IMG know. Guest Schumi
Thanks, babe. How many seeds are there?
iris123
Thanks, babe. How many seeds are there? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well there is only space for 4 as 7 qualify from each preliminary round.7+ a reserve. It would make sense if Bjarne,Greg + 2 home riders were seeded. salty
Would have thought it would make sense for the Slovenian authorities to seed Zagar, especially if he is struggling to get in the top 8.

bazaar3
I can't believe the majority of the Brits have been eliminated already at this early stage. There are as many Slovenians that are through. Great performance from Richard Hall who you might have guessed would have shone if the track was similar to his home track where its a wind on the throttle job. I suppose Bridger and King did ok but both would be kicking themselves as there are riders who finished ahead who they could have easily beaten in the UK. As for David Howe, that was disgusting. Second in the British Final and wild card in the GP and can't even qualify for the semis just shows he struggles on foreign shale and getting beaten by PL riders is unacceptable. And people say he should be in the WTC squad as a definite starter?? Kennett would have finished top 3 with ease. Hopefully Steady and Olly will make amends where they should both have a good to fair chance of qualifying.

They would have beaten those riders in England but nowhere else.
