Spit the dummy yet again Nicki......tut,tut. You realy must learn some self control, take a tip from Greg Hancock, he gets a bum deal from time to time, but you dont see him blowing like a volcano when thing arn't going his way. And isn't it about time Ole Olson or the powers to be, ordered him to cut out this bad behaviour, after all he's letting himself, his sport, and his country down. Grow up!

And before all you supporters say "Oh it's have a go at Nicki time again" just remember that he brings it all on himself. He's a great rider but not a great sportsman!

I assume you're talking about the first exclusion? Sorry, but to me it just shows how passionate he was about doing well - the same with Hans when his chain came off. I don't think it was a case of spitting the dummy - more venting frustration at himself for touching the tapes and losing out on the points for that heat. :)

Look how much weight he lost over the winter and got himself fit. He wants to win and gets frustrated with HIMSELF when he doesn't... ( or touch the tapes like last night)thats why he is World Champion material. One or two could take a leaf out of his book.....and as for his off track antics ,I find them quite amusing :D

I was thinking exactly the same Schumi

I thought he did on purpose for the cameras lol

Nah he's like that even when the cameras are not about

You may not think so. Personally, I regard most of his antics as showmanship - speedway has had its share of that over the past sixty years to my personal knowledge.

Nikki Pedersen is no different to his predecessors, I assure you.

Its his attitude which is the reason he is top of the world, Nicki hates losing, whats wrong with that ?  , its the characteristics of the top GP riders which add to the series IMO.

Exactly, couldn't agree more, and the anger was aimed at himself for the mistake, not anybody else...so what!!! i do that as well when i make a mistake, don't we all at times..

At least the Danes have a bit of backbone and spirit; alas the Brits are really struggling, Bomber seems a nice kid but not with the killer instinct needed to get to the top of the tree...Nichols is just a bag of excuses really to roll out every time.....perhaps his biggest fan is right about him, begger?

Nothing wrong with attitude unless you're Ginger or Hans Andersen.

Agree with you 100%. I get more and more disgusted with the guy every time he steps in front of the camera, which thankfully isn't that often anymore. He always seems to be bitching and whining over the refs and the other riders. Has he ever been excluded and not went straight to the phone to argue with the ref? Not very often at least. No doubt he is extremely competitive and that has gotten him very far in the sport. But so are most of the other guys. You can't tell me that Hancock for instanse isn't competitive. Yet him and even guys like Gollob and Crump who are also known to have bad tempers seem a lot more likeable both on screen and in the pits. I can't wait till the next time he loses his mind in the pit at a GP and get excluded for the rest of the year. If only he would just leave Holsted and go to another team. They already have Puk anyway who is definately not in Nicki's league yet but he will get the job done.
