M08
What a turn around by Lindback! Down and out in the other GP's, but now almost a certainty for the Semi Finals! Maybe it's the move back to Britain? Well Done Toninho
rhidassa
Thats what I was thinking. Winning his first heat, after how many points in the other GPs? Barely anything, if I recall. Moving to Belle Vue must have done wonders for him, to bring on such a change.
gooner_girl4eva
Yes very pleased for Anton - good to see him back to the form of old. I think his move to BV will do him good so its great to see What an important part he played in the overall outcome of the meeting too

From PC to KC.
This topic is quiet, Where have all the anton slatters gone <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Lindback was bang out of order in that semi final, made no effort to clear the track unlike Hancock earlier. Probably still peeeved at last years under 21 final.

Probably still peeeved at last years under 21 final. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> to be fair though a lap of a track lasts about 15 seconds, and if he fell on bed 4 the ref will put the lights on by the time the riders reach the second bend if the rider is not clear of the track so that gives about 7 seconds to get out,get up,get your bike up and get clear of the track-even if he attempts it it aint gonna happen i'm a huge hans fan and this crash cost hans big time and i'm still defending lindback

I am not a great Andersen fan, but he was robbed of a place in the final by that.
TonyE
If you can, look at the incident again. Lindback and his bike were some distance from each other - he would have had to extracate himself from under the fence, then look for where his bike had ended up and then attempt to retrieve it. The race was always going to be stopped in my opinion given the above.
The Know
He has changed tuner and gone back to gm instead of jawa. The jawa did not suit him at all. Think he will now climb back up the gp ladder as is a good rider.
rener69
it's nice to see toninho riding well as we all know him to, i thought the gp was missing him but now he is back there will be greater competition for semi-final and final spots! making better racing for all
