Trees
Ha looks as though the brits won their semi with Czecho and Sweden on the same amount of points in 2nd position ................ run off perhaps?

iris123
Main thing is we are through But i do feel a bit sorry for the teams in Poznan. There was definately an advantage being in this semi what with Hungary only fielding 3 riders(at home!).Should mean Czecho score more than the second placed team in Poznan even though they might be the better team Nice touch to give Ben Barker a heat when we were already through Have said before Zetters that i don't think Sweden are very strong at the moment. iris123
Here in Germany.Abensberg. A real pity as this year Germany has their worst Junior team for years The older guys like Hefenbrock,Schultz,Kroner and Smoli are gone and the new wave are mainly under 19.Too young Edited June 3, 2007 by iris123

Rob B
So no offence but its going to be a bit of a farce then Germany being in the final. Bit like Hungary today.
iris123
Next question ............. when <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 29.09 So no offence but its going to be a bit of a farce then Germany being in the final. Bit like Hungary today. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't disagree. You look at the other semi and germany would probably get spanked by all those teams. My opinion is that they only have Kevin Wölbert who could mix it with the top guys and he is still only 17.That is the problem with this seeded placings for Finals

Steve Shovlar
Will done to Team GB, through to the final.
HenryW
Will done to Team GB, through to the final. Just interested, was it actually GB or England that were racing in this? The results site suggests England, and William Lawson's non-appearance in the squad also gives that impression....
Trees
Going by the site calling the team "Anglia" and the flag of St George up there, by jove, I believe you are right!
MattyHart
Probably GB as there are no good welsh or irish riders and lawson isn't good around big tracks.
