Anders
SWEDISH ALLSVENSKAN LEAGUE - ROUND 3 Thursday May 24th 2007 After almost ten months on the sideline following his horrifying crash in Poland last season, David Ruud was back in the saddle on Thursday evening. David, back in his parent club Lejonen for seasoning, was by far the best gater in the line-ups and after an inital last place, David came along better as the meeting went along, finishing with two wins in a row, heat 14 and 15. The Lions won by ten points infront of a 1023 crowd, despite being down by six (21-27) midway through the match. David Ruud and tactical substitute Mariusz Staszewski combined for a double victory in heat 9, and when they did it again in heat 14, Lejonen were ahead once again. The former WTC gold medalist took the checkered flag in the first nomination heat, and with Ronnie Jamrozy in third, Lejonen clinched the victory with one heat to go. Heat 16 proved to be a fantastic heat with Staszewski battling out for first with Watson for the opening laps, then Wegrzyk passed Watson on the final lap for a paid win. Lejonen 53 Mariusz Staszewski 1-1*-3-3-2*-3 = 13+2 (6) Mariusz Wegrzyk 3-1*-2-2-2-2* = 12+2 (6) Ronnie Jamrozy 3-1-1*-1*-1 = 7+2 (5) Henrik Möller 2*-0-N-1* = 3+2 (3) David Ruud 0-2*-2-3-3 = 10+1 (5) Tobias Johansson 1-1-2-N-2*-2 = 8+1 (5) Robin Aspegren 0-N-N-0 = 0 (2) Anton Göthberg Vargarna 43 Miroslaw Jablonski 2-2*-0-0 = 4+1 (4) Kenny Olsson 0-N-1-0 = 1 (2) Robert Johansson 1-0-N-0 = 1 (3) Craig Watson Ef-3-3-3-1 = 10 (5) Stefan Ekberg 3-0-1-1-0 = 5 (5) Emil Lindqvist 2*-0-0-N = 2+1 (3) Billy Forsberg 3-2*-3-1-3-2 = 14+1 (6) Viktor Bergström 3-3-0-0 = 6 (4) Heat details are available on: http://www.speedway.nu/2007/Report.asp?alls.BG Man of the match: Billy Forsberg Most exciting rider: Billy Forsberg Other results: Solkatterna - Valsarna 54-42 Griparna - Örnarna 50-46 Team Dalakraft - Team Bikab 62-34 (Click on the score for heat details)
tanya
Craig Watson Ef-3-3-3-1 = 10 (5) Good to see Wato putting in a good score
Anders
Good to see Wato putting in a good score <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yes, he rode very well actually. He was second in his first heat (held a 3-3 with Robert Johansson) when he had his engine failure on the final bend. As he drifted wide, Johansson had to take an even wider line to avoid him, leading to Möller being able to sneak through on the inside for a 5-1 instead... Craig didn't always make the best of starts, but he rode some clever first/second bends to sneak through on the inside several times, and while infront he looked very quick. Much better than expected TBH.
SCB
Just proves class is permanent I'd actually like to see Poole drop hima nd for him to drop back to the PL where he can show what he's really capable of and after a season of building his confidence have another crack at the EL on a 3 point average. tanya
Emil Lindqvist 2*-0-0-N = 2+1 (3) Shame his mate Emil didn't do quite so well. What happened to him in his last ride?
Liverstam
Shame his mate Emil didn't do quite so well. What happened to him in his last ride? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The no 8 Viktor Bergström took Emil's last ride. N means you are replaced, for whatever reason. I think this one was tactical as Bergström looked good. This is a tactical advantage if you have a good enough junior to ride as the free no 8. Edit; Very nice to see Ruud back on track, that's good news on a week otherwise marred with the tragedy of Robin Johansson. Who is this Matt Browne for Team Bikab? Can't see him lasting long

Can't see him lasting long <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Some kid from San Fransisco, USA, apparently. Don't really know anything else about him. Tarabanko should know more
