Bet365 had the market as a close call at 5/6 ZG and 10/11 C with the draw a quite staggering 22/1 which is surely a mistake. Had a wee wager on the draw as teams look evenly matched. Cheers Stevie 9-9 after 3 heats...found it! http://www.przegladzuzlowy.pl/livee/live.php?r=3 Edited May 16, 2007 by B52

Mateusz
Zielona won 46-44. Cz-wa were leading by 6 pts at some point but screwed the thing losing three heats 1:5 and one 2:4 in a row. It was great meeting, probably the best in ZG this year. Few things worth mentioning was the improving form of NKI (new track record!) and Greg Zengota was the only man to beat Hancock on the night..until EF on the second bend of 4th lap...quick thinking on Hancock's part to lay down his bike and avoid what coould have been a huge crash with Zengi. Mateusz
The weather is brilliant - clear sky, over 25 degrees. A few minutes ago I wanted to say it was a beautiful day but have just got tragic news that two speedway fans from friendly Grudziadz have died in a car accident coming to watch this match... [`] RIP The other three ones are fighting for life in hospital now. Their memory will be honoured by a mourning banner hung on the backstraight fence. We have obviously resigned from making the show we prepared for this match. Edited May 20, 2007 by Mateusz

Aries
A good showing from young Zielinski who beat Jagus twice. We had him over at Foxhall for press and practice and he looked a terrific prospect. Wouldn't be surprised to see him in Witches colours next season

YNKS
I think there was also another polish match worth mentioning today... Two best teams of polish I liga - KM Intar Lazur Ostrow and Stal Gorzow made a speedway thriller in front of 10 000 crowd gathered at the Edward Jancarz stadium of the latter team.
