Sky Blue Bee
Only injury robbed Scott of a top 8 finish last year, with a clean bill of health he will certainly make it this year. COME ON SCOTT PROVE YOUR DOUBTERS WRONG.
back straight bee
it saddens me to think this but i believe scott is going nowhere in the gps.his machinery seem definitely slow.he seems to be over riding the bikes which is very dangerous and might have contributed his crash in lonigo. even at brandon scott is giving everything to keep up with the brian andersen engines prepared for bomber.i hope i am wrong on this
Squirelnutkins
How do people think Scotty will do this year in the GPs now that he is going to become a dad? All them sleepless nights cant do him much good. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> No, i doubt they will do him any good but we don't know if he is staying with Sophie or not!! Well, he got himself into this trouble, so he can get himself sorted!! As well as his other activities off track <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hadn't gathered
richsimpson
if im peroally honest and i am a bees fan thru and thru i agree with you Subedei, i have seen him out classed on many occassion by the likes of crump, hans anderson, adams, bjarne pederson, and a few others this season so i think your right matey. whos worth an eachway bet tomoz and overhall in your opinion. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> People are starting to agree with you now Sub! I can't blame them! I wonder come the end of the year who the top brit will be in the GP series? If it is Harris instead, what will Nichols have going for him then? The only response you get at the moment is "well he is the no.1 brit!" I can feel that people are slowly coming round to your way of thinking Subedei
fatface
Very early days yet in the GP... can't see Nicki being quite that dominant throughout, can't see Jagus being top 4 material right through, can't see Bjarne struggling that much, can't see Crumpy being that well beaten many more times..so I won't read too much into the first GP. It was bad one for Scott, no doubt about it. And I think it really is a big year for him and time to really prove he can do it at this level. Most think he has the talent, I do and judging from Billy Hamill's words in the SS preview, he rates him highly too. It's up to him now to prove he really is one of the world's top 8. The Know
wont do well again this year and his staement in speed star saying he kept it on and hoped to bounce off the fence is crazy. you dont win a championship in one meeting which is something scott does not seem to understand. Subedei
Very early days yet in the GP... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Agreed. can't see Nicki being quite that dominant throughout <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Agreed, but Nicki P is in a very rich vein of form at the minute. can't see Jagus being top 4 material right through <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nor can I. I think I had him down to finish around eighth over the season. And that now appears very possible. can't see Bjarne struggling that much <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Was poor in the GPs last season and has started this season poorly. I think he'll struggle to get into the top eight, to be honest. Edited May 4, 2007 by Subedei
beesboybert
you dont win a championship in one meeting which is something scott does not seem to understand. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But with the new points system one bad round can really cost you. If scott wouldn't have tried and just pootled round at the bachk, everyone would have moaned about him not trying. In hindsight it may not have been the best move to make as it ended in injury, and could have been a lot worse, but hindsight is a wonderful thing
WATigerman
And so, having been soundly trounced by the superior reason of my argument, you fall back on vague hints of homosexual tendancies. We're in the twenty-first century now you know. And, by the way, me thinks isn't all one word. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> And, by the way, me thinks isn't grammatically correct. Subedei
Always said Lindgren should've had any Swedish nomination. Lindback had his chances and blew them. Not as many as the British champion, but enough.
DanTheMan
sometimes he seems to try too hard if that makes sense. He is a great talent, there's no doubting that (imo anyway), he's got a natural talent on a bike like billy says, but he's never put it all together at the right time.
