Hans Nielsen made his debut in 1980 in Gothenburg and was still in the GP's into the millenium.

Ole Olsen made his debut in the 60's and went through to the mid 80's.

TNT, Er... sorry mate... wrong on BOTH counts

All the best

Rob

Actually thought twice when I posted it

Hans Nielsen did however win World Titles in three decades. He lifted the pairs with Ole Olsen in 1978 then the individual in the 80's and 90's.

When did Olsen make his debut ? Won his first in 71

As far as I know, Olsen made his debut in 1970, scoring 6 points.

Spot on

Did Ivan Mauger never ride in a World Final in the 80's

Nope, his win in '79 was his last.

Thinking about it and not having the record books around, has any other rider achieved winning FIM gold medals in three decades ?
