There were 4 other possibles for the trip and I'm going to have to say that if you aren't on the list above and you haven't come forward and confirmed by the end of Thursday 28th June, then there will no longer be a possibility of you travelling on the bus. Any remaining seats after Thursday will be made available to our PBNF friends. I am happy to have a reserve list in place in case people drop out, but as I'm taking the money up front for this I really don't see anyone dropping out. If I screw up this time.. then all I can do is getting a driving licence for a fork lift truck, packing my bags and moving to England to finish my life in a food factory Anyway, my friend Mama will be there if anything happens (but I'm sure everything will be fine!) so what can I say - have fun! Rico Posted August 10, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 10, 2007 (edited) I have received confirmation that the bus is now booked for the trip and will depart from Sportowa street outside the main grandstand of Polonia Stadium at 12.30 on the Sunday. We should get to Ostrow in good time and have time to have a look around the city centre (no I'm not doing a guided tour !). From memory the stadium is about a 15 minute walk from the main square. Estimated return time into Bydgoszcz will be between 2 and 3 am Keep the cheques coming please - only 3 received so far (e-mail confirmation sent to those who have paid). Rico Some further information from Mama, who has kindly organised the bus for us. Official opening of the meeting at 18:30, 1st heat at 19:00 The programme from this meeting will be special (OK Rico - as for Polish "tradition") - 80 pages, A4 format - better and bigger than the programmes from Polish SGP rounds and SWC race off and final in Leszno; it will be kind of "compendium" about the U-21 finals (also history) - of course some info about this year finalists with pictures made by Mike Patrick, Jarek Pabijan, Piotr Kin, Maciej Paw³owski and Jens Ohlsson; pictures of U-21 finals' rostrums (with Polish medalists); pictures of the first pages of all U-21 finals' programmes (1977-2006) with the results of those finals.
