And Mildenhall (who are probably the nearest to Peterborough) aren't in it.

Lego, Tom P, Fryer and Tacey would've done rather well.

Get someone with brains to organise it - an ex rider maybe?

You canny be in it as you've got a league match at Newport on the 8th . :P

And to the person that said Glasgow shouldn't be in it - erm you have to have the peoples champions in it to give the meeting some credability . :approve:

Interesting that a few think including Craig Watson in the Glasgow side would be a mockery, as he hasn't ridden yet for us but nobody seems to be bothered about Stonehewer and Wright taking part for Worky.Who if memory serves me right had ridden a grand total of 1 match BETWEEN them before the original cut off date!!!

Until the promoters bring back the qualifying rounds this arguing is always going to happen

You do remember correctly DW (also David McAllans average counted towards qualification but he wasn't going to be allowed to race in the team!) but 2 3 4 5 6 wrongs don't make a right!

I stand by what I said in a previous post - A for idea, F- for execution

As for how they are going to sort this out, heaven knows. Whatever club is left out their fans can justifiably feel aggreived. Is it still too late to have a mini qualifier first with four teams competing for the final place or 2 places? Extra teams involved and extra races for the paying fans but probably logistically a nightmare so it wont happen.

Can I also repeat my other favourtie - bring back the qualifiers!!! That would save all the agro

Just noticed on the BSPA website that the Bears are not even in the line-up they have put up which is 'subject to confirmation'. Also, not only is Wato riding but also Kessler and Stoney! All were not even in their teams strart of season 1-7.

Just sent my email of anger to the tart himself but I am not expecting much from him in terms of a reply

And I wouldn't expect you to get one if you resorted to personal abuse lol

Well, I've got the hotel booked and I'm praying for good weather. What's the motorcycle parking like at the Showground?

And I see from the Super7even website that Redcar's name is listed in Goup A. Have I missed something?

I'm going!

I used to love watching the 4s and haven't been for years, plus there's a few people who are going that I'd like to meet. I'm really looking forward to it, actually :D

Seems to me a bit of a fixture congestion this weekend, with the Pairs on Friday, the GP on Saturday then this double header at Rye on Sunday.Oh and for good measure throw in the GP  qualifier on Saturday!

OK i know  some riders are used to riding sometimes four or five times a week but maybe the riders and promoters could work together ( ) more closely  to avoid these situations.

Yes i know the weather does not always play ball with the fixture planning but to have so many meetings on the same weekend is not good, not just for the fans but for and more importantly for the riders.

My point , Kauko Niemenen at  Somerset on  Friday, GP qualifiers on Saturday in Sweden and Rye House on Sunday and would have been at Sheffield on Thursday but at the moment looks like being a vctim of the floods.

Have just read the Nicki Pedersen item in the new Sky supplement.......... surely Kauko can squeeze another meeting in this weekend.

Now Kauko misses this meeting because he goes to the GP qualifier at resereve.

Worky go from having a reasonable chance at the fours to outsiders.........

Thats definitley gonna put paid to workys hopes a think without no kauko!!

From group A would say Kings Lynn and Sheffield will go through as both Glasgow and Somerset lack depth as long as we ride better than we did in pairs.

From group B would say Rye House as long as they are all fit and the Isle of Wight!!
