NICKAT
Is there a provsional re-run date for this event should the rain intervene (as looks likely according to local forecasts)? Super7 website suggests that in the event of a rain off, tickets can be used at other events, so no re-run!

Chyna
why would he be told by michael max??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Cause he works for the Glasgow promotion, he also the centre green presenter at Ashfield (not the former Karlson) Edited May 10, 2007 by Chyna

Lioness
I wouldn't be too sure about that - David McAllan's average has been used to calculate Glasgow's ability to qualify but he has been told he is not eligible to ride as he has not completed enough meeting! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was standing next to him when he received the call from Michael Max He was so gutted as he always enjoys the big occasions and was really looking forward to Sunday <{POST_SNAPBACK}> First off, I'm not questioning YOU Chyna honest, don't want it to come across that way BUT... given that the cut off date was 13th April according to the Super 7 site, only Mildenhall, Rye House, Sheffield and Somerset had completed 3 home and 3 away so how can any of the riders from the other clubs have ridden enough meetings? Its academic anyhow as I was under the impression that David was missing Sunday due to injury but this average thing has got me intrigued

crazysue
Sorry I can't help Bryn, if only you were a little closer to East Anglia than Dartford Tunnel and I may have been able to sort something out.
DW
Don't understand the McAllan angle either,as the Worky fan mentioned earlier this would mean no Stoney or Wright(Sheffield fans complained about his average as he only rode 1 match at the cut off point!!!).I actually think it makes us stronger as big tracks aren't David's strong point!!! Under normal circumstances I wouldn't as I don't think its my place - I wouldn't expect David to comment on my job but he was just so disappointed and I thought people should know! He is definetely not injured - he had no adverse effects from riding last weekend and has even been out cutting the grass Edited May 11, 2007 by Chyna
Lioness
Thanks Chyna Kept trying to word it so weveryone realised it was the rules I was having a go at not you lol. It definitely is a shame for David I agree with you Glad to hear he has no adverse affects from last week - he worried us pulling up in front of us at the end of ht 8 I must admit, and we were surprised he was out again in 12 So he was out cutting the grass - you couldn't send him up to me could you? Its not that far and my grass needs cut too lol
