We going out on Wednesday returning Sunday. From East mids and staying at Mercure Panorama. Let me know Janey - its no problem, you can pay me out there. Definitely the worst hotel experience in my life. Fortunately, I have some great friends and they let me sleep in their room on the floor and that was a luxury comparing to Hotel Europejski! I truly hope your experience will be different. It was two years ago so they've got time to refurbish it. However, from the pictures I saw on their website yesterday - I don't think so You've got to remember that unless it's a chain of hotels that have universal standard (meaning all the rooms and bathrooms look the same and you can never get something called 'a deluxe room'), the pictures they show on the internet are the best they can offer. And I'm telling you, THIS is not how my room looked like! Not even slightly! Have you just booked the hotel or did you actually pay for it already?
