arnieg
You should learn names od Russian cities a little more Vostok - it's a name of speedway team from VLADIVOSTOK N <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You should learn not to patronise. I am very well informed about Russian speedway (and geography) and regularly use both http://www.russpeedway.ru/ and http://irgiz.narod.ru/ (although it takes forever to unload). I have been to Latvia, Ukraine and Russia (although I've only seen ice speedway in Russia (@ Saransk)) Oh and you forgot Kamensk-Uralski in your list of teams Edited November 30, 2006 by arnieg

HenryW
But if you go into some topics you can find a lot of pictures, not only of tracks but riders, too. http://forum.speedway.ru/index.php This site is a good source of videos from Russian speedway as well.... Examples being : Togliatti v Oktyabrsky Balakovo derby Balakovo v Oktyabrsky The SK Turbina site mentioned by Ja-Jacek also has some good videos. As an aside, if you are looking for good Russian sites that are written in English you are going to struggle. Babelfish is your friend

Ja-Jacek
Now there is a discussion in Russia, which day of the week will be the best for their leauge. Proposal is to do it on thursdays... Due to Polish on sundays, English on mondays, Swedish on tuesdays and saturdays for GP and other competitions (and leagues in Italy, Czech, Hungary and Germany) it seems like the best idea. iris123
An interesting question. The Russian league doesn't really have a fixed day, like Poland,Sweden and Denmark. If they are hoping to get top foreign stars on a regular basis and not just one or two meetings here and there i guess they have to have a fixed day.Thursday maybe? Can't really see Sweden or Poland suffering,so it will be Denmark and Britain,i guess <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That was my suggestion

Lyova
That was my suggestion <{POST_SNAPBACK}> We know! We read this forum from time to time. About tickets. To my mind, 9$ is expensive (I'm not a poor person). I can go to the cinema 3 times for this price.
