Used to work at the Nelson track and was wondering if anyone knew or how I can get info on the riders from there on what and where they are now? also on a certain Grahame Dawson (ex Coatbridge/Edi rider)

Grahame Dawson was present at the recent glasgow 60th anniversary meeting . He was looking very well considering and i was happy to see he was walking and talking and seemed in good health .

I believe Jack Winstanley lives in the Bolton area and is still a keen follower of the sport.

What happened to him as he was in the same year at school? I knew he went speedway riding when he left school, but I lost touch with speedway once the Admirals went defunt but with now living not to far from Reading have now got back into it ..........

Also what happened to the likes of Schofield, Baugh, Knapkin, forgot most of the other riders now ..... I know what happened to my hero at the time (the late Gary Peterson) one of the best riders I saw..... a great loss to the sport at the time ..
