T.N.T.
The bomber knockers on here clearly havent seen some of his european scores and dont forget he only just missed out on qualifying!!! oh i forgot he's British..Prehaps he should change his name to Christoff Harisssen!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Bet they really are more impressive than those of PK arent they !! Just missed out of the final - PK just missed out on qualyfing !! Its a World Championship, nationalality should not come into it. If they are good enough, then fine. A wild Card is available at each round to have a home rider there, not a regular slot. !! Three points made, Peter Karlsson qualifies ahead of him on each one . . anything else you can think of that justifies Harris ahead of PK ?? philfromcov
The question is can he score more points than Lee Richardson? I doubt it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> now come on my pet dog could score more points than sick note!
Subedei
of course not they have kicked out PP! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> "They" being, of course, the ones who selected him in the first place. In fact, of BSI's much-vaunted nominations last time around, only Hampel and Zagar have qualified for 2007, while Protasiewicz, Iversen and Richardson have been shown the exit. Nicholls is in fourth chance saloon and Lindback in third chance saloon.
T.N.T.
sorry TNT didnt mean to offend you swedes but im British i want as many Brits in the GP as possible. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Im not British !! I'm English and damn proud of it. This damn political correct attitude is absolute bull. If someone is good enough to fill a job vacancy, what does it matter if he is black, white, yellow or green with blue spots. If they are good enough for the job, hire them. Peter Karlsson could be from Birmingham, New Dehli or Sydney - the fact is, he is a much better rider than Chris Harris and the only reasons he has been over looked is he is 37 in December and the BSI - FIM feel they HAVE TO have 2 brits in the field. Rubbish !! - put the best 12 riders in, plus three riders that have actually qualified and then one wild card that can be a home rider for each round. Now you may say this is my view because I follow Wolves. Well nothing could be further from the truth. I follow Speedway first and Wolves second and when I watch the GP's I want to see the best riders in the world, bot those that are in there because its PC. My views on the Wolves team for 2007 dont include PK as much as I like him and view him as one of the greatest riders to don the race jacket. I feel the team should be more balanced and PK is too good for that position in such a team. So I'm not offended, just feel PK and a few more possibly deserve the GP's ahead of a rider averaging just under 7 in his own league, not matter where they come from. He is only 21 don't forget. As for Scotty he would probably had done enough to qualify had he not been injured for the Prague round. He is the best British rider out there, so until the likes of Bridger and Auty are GP standard expect him to be in the GP's (rightly or wrongly)

barbs_77
Well Im over the moon that Chris has got into the Gps next season and im sure he will work hard to do well. Down here in cornwall we have followed his career from youth grasstrack , the gulls, the tigers all the way to coventry and to be fair to the boy hes got there riding some fairly crap kit but unlike some riders who have always had fantastic kit ,his skill and talent has got him there and now as hes got better bikes hes really shown people what he can do.Some of you say hes not going to do well but I think he might surprise you. Any way listen to the cheers for him at Cardiff coz the cornish are coming me lovers with our rucksacks full with pasties and our St Pirans Cross flags. Only sad point is that Chris dad will never see his son ride in the gps but atleast chris will have made both their ambitions happen! Good on ya mate youve made us proud
