star ghost
I expect T T was too busy with fulfilling his obligations to his English team to be able to go back and compete in these meetings Pity some other Continentals don't think of it also. TonyM
Pity some other Continentals don't think of it also. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> What utter ?**?> . What right has any UK fan to act so superior to criticise overseas riders for riding in their home country, perhaps no one should take on young riders in case they want to compete in the under 21 championship, clubs know what they are getting when they sign riders up I think TT has fallen out with the Czech authorities hence he didnt ride for them in the World Cup, but I would have fully backed them if they forced him to miss Lynn fixtures for the duration of the SWC on the grounds that other overseas (and British) riders who were selected were stopped from riding for their clubs
Triple.H.
He rides on a Slovakian licence

I am certainly aware of one rider who had he not fulfilled his commitments would have had his internationsal licence suspended. Its a shame that someone comes on here slating riders with absolutely no idea at all what they are on about. Time for an apology from Mr/Mrs Star Ghost
TwoMinuteWarning
Always amazes me when UK fans come on here and criticise foreign riders for riding in meetings in their own country! Presumably all the British riders should let their Polish or Swedish fixtures take priority when there is a clash of dates?
star ghost
I am sorry if I have ruffled a few feathers but this forum has numerous items regarding Continentals who fail to fulfil their commitments in the U K. My remark was only repeating this angle on things.
Subedei
The poor old foreign rider can't really win, can he? If he's good enough, we expect him to frop everything and concentrate solely and to the exclusion of everything else to his British commitments, but if he struggles then he's shipped off fast enough. Look at Robert Kasprzak at Isle of Wight - a few bad meetings and out he goes. Loyalty is a two-way street.
