Chris Kerr is a confirmed starter, and we are all looking forward to travelling up to this meeting.

Chris and I are wondering what the trophy looks like coz we have an idea it will look like a curly sausage on a wooden plinth!!!!

Which is sure to look sweet in Enzvilles front room!!!

What an absolute awesome meeting. Steady was pure class, he looked quick, but, my god, I dont think anyone expected he would have got a time like that. Well done Steady. Kake I thought was the other stand out man tonight, he rode superbly, and to beat Wrightly twice was awesome. But the rider of the night for me was the great Dane, Kenneth Hansen. DRURY, SIGN THIS KID UP. He was awesome considering it was his first ever ride on the track. Great night, thanks to all the riders.

 totally bored i was .. like watching paint dry... the only decent race was Richard Hall going round Gary Stead other than that it was boring .. gate and go.

Courteys of Speedway Updates

Also the reason why Danny King pulled out as posted by Team King on the Updates site " Hi all

Just spoken to Danny King and reason for withdrawing from the meeting is illness. He has been suffering with some sort of virus the past few weeks and although he felt fine during the day once he began riding the sickness seemed to come out making him feel very weak, dizzy as well as sick. Therefore for safety for himself and others he withdrew. Sorry for the confusion and I assume people were not told the reason over the mic, so hope this clears everything up!!

Thanks

Team King "

Fingers crossed he gets well soon, Ippo needs him this week!

Stead must have been sh*t hot.

Although it wouldn't surprise me if they fiddled the stopclock just so a big fuss would be made over Steady breaking the record on his return.

TBH I've seen track records broken before when the rider in question looks painfully slow.

Well done Steady nonetheless.

It was no surprise whatsoever that Simon broke the track record, he was absolutely flying! In fact he now own's the 3 fastest times round DP (63.2,64.0 and 64.1) ;)
