pirate paul
So glad Todd is ok! He went into that fence quite hard. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not half as hard as the lad from Finland!
Robbobee
to Poole Play Off Pirate - leave Loram out ? bad for morale ? are you mad ? Loram rode well all night and he sure as hell is good for morale - ask any of the riders !!!
Subedei
Looking forward to the run off but we can't leave loram in this team . richardson and scott are class but loram is not only past him sell by date but is bad for the team moral as well bring in norris or someone . <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Bloody hell, you want Loram out of the team, while Nigel Pearson wants him back in the GPs. Personally, I think both are ridiculous notions. But Pearson's is less ridiculous.
FairyTasha
Oh yeah! Hope he get better soon! Sad to see a rider go out injured! My fav rider from the Finland team was; Juha Hautamaki! He was great... Just love his name!

Maybe if Loram was Polish you would give him some credit! Or, are you just miffed because your adopted team finish last in their own country? Guest Jim Blanchard
In defense of JB here, I for one yes think Richardson rode well tonight but it doesn't take away the fact he's known as sicknote, I'm one of the worlds worst for being a non Richarson fan but please let's not repeat so many of the other threads by turning into a "let's slate Richardson" thread. We had all of this last year and yes I commented (a lot) as well regarding him we all have our favourite riders, yes we are all entitled to our comments on here, we came 2nd tonight it was a team effort so let's just congratulate the team as a whole. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually Shazzy, I was not having a poke at Lee, I think he is great a rider as we can have, as I do all our lads. I simply got caught up in the lingo on this forum which I often detest. I apologise profoundly to Lee and anyone that was offended by remarks. It was a brilliant attempt by our lads all of which I felt proud of. If no one is prepared for me to be human and make the odd spelling mistake or error of judgment its time for me to leave this forum for good now and my modest attempts to make something for of this sport. From PC to KC.
As schlein found out. I'd rather face the person who probably doesn't consistantly win any races there in the EL, rather than a rider who is there week in week out <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Swings and roundabouts, between home track knowledge and the consistantly better rider, if they go with Travis he will have to have his best meeting ever at that level, no easy reserves to pick off in this meeting. Maybe if Loram was Polish you would give him some credit! Or, are you just miffed because your adopted team finish last in their own country? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Firstly, Finland were last. Secondly sub wasn't saying anything against Loram, if anything he was sticking up for him
shazzybird
Actually Shazzy, I was not having a poke at Lee, <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I didn't think you were Jim. I could see where the replys to you were going to end up that's all.
Subedei
And, anyway, unless I'm much mistaken, Messrs Crump and Adams also scored more than Loram, while Nicholls and Richardson managed the same score.
BritPete
Yes indeed, but I was reffering to team GB. Poland were not last of course, but who expected Finland to finish anywhere else. Also, i did mis-read your post Sub, sorry for that.

This can be the only reason for this post! And I seriously cannot believe that anyone from Poole would make such a ludicrous statement in the first place! frigbo
Louis really should be an automatic pick for Reading on Thursday. Middlo went with the right team for tonight and now must swap Stead for Louis at Smallmead. Stead's form at Reading is little short of awful. And as for these ridiculous Rico bashers............ willp
Great performance from team gb, very nearly pulled it off. Ok, we might not have 5 off the best riders in the world but they do show lots and lots of guts and determination, fair play to them. Onto the race off, i do reckon we have a good chance there. I would rather face poland than the aussies at reading, that's 4 sure. Best of luck to all the boys. Everybody who can get down to reading on thursday, get down there and support the lads. COME ON TEAM GB!!!

But let's all stick around and have a little fun, the odd (and some of them are very odd) arguments and a discussion about a sport we all care about very much. Also, i did mis-read your post Sub, sorry for that. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> It was a little ambiguous. As for Poland, I expected more from them tonight. They were very poor, while Team GB were excellent value. I knew Team GB had a good deal of talent, I just suspected that they'd lack for horsepower - they didn't and were excellent value.
