Craig Boyce On Radio Fremantle

Recommended Posts

Amazing, during the interview Craig says how he keeps up with how the Aussie boys are doing in all their meetings!  Yet prior to Adam Shields crash, Craig had still picked Schlein over him for the starting line-up

Guess you havent seen Rory recently then, unlike Craig. (For the record I havent seem Adam ride since his injury)

We all support different riders and I am pleased Rory is in the team but if things had been different I dont know if he would be in the Play Off team or Final team because I feel both riders have done an outstanding job recently taking into account accidents and injuries.

Its a shame we wont know, now that Adam is injured but Rory was in this position last year and has fought tooth and nail to work on a team place.

Maybe next year will see a young Australian team which will include them both. I hope so. :)

I was talking about this with a group of Aussies at a local track on Saturday.

General opinion is that Australia needs to look towards the future, based on that I'm not sure if Todd (or maybe even Ryan) would be included ahead of either Rory (or Adam if he was fit)

There's also a couple of youngsters not too far off possible selection.

An Ashes series would be perfect to help mature a few of the youngsters on both sides.

I would kill for a full blown old style Ashes series in Australia, problem is the Aussies are so strong on home soil.
