iris123
Is this anything to do with Rune being listed as Norwegian again for the GP qualifiers? He should decide if he is one or the other - he cannot be both at the same time. The way i saw it was that he was doing Poland a favour by going for the Norwegian nomination, thus freeing up a place for another Polish rider. If he had decided to go the Poland route,it had its obvious pitfall that he might have failed in the qualifier rather than the secure route through Norway.I was thinking that maybe the Polish federation had suggested this to him. Badge
He obviously filled the gap (very successfully as it turned out) last year, and now better Polish nationals are available it's thanks but no thanks.Does he want a GB passport? Badge
Team GB's race suits are being made and one person who hasn't been measured is Chris Louis so looks like he is not in the team. Obviously in form riders don't feature in Middlo's plans then

Guest schumifan
Denmark look pretty awesome, don't they? Â So pleased for Todd getting a place - he really deserves it.
f-s-p
Joonas Kylmäkorpi wont probably be riding, his collarbone injury is really bad. Jyri Palomäki wont get his cast off until next friday, so maybe Tero Aarnio will get a chance after all...

willp
Yeah agree, poles and aussies are going to be very hard to beat. Â Should go straight through to race off. Â Well if we cannot beat the finns then we shouldn't be in the bloody thing should we! Â I'm very surprised Chris Louis isn't in the team, man on form, lee richardson not at his best at the moment. Â Danes would have been unstoppable i think with jbj in there team. Â poles straight through to final and aussies and gb through to the race off is my predition. Must say Charlie when he is on form is one of my favourite riders.Trouble is whenever i have seen him he always seems to have at least one heat when his bike packs up!That can be a liability with this format. My guess is Charlie is in because of Reading being the track for the last 2 meetings.Tough decision to make, who to leave out

spanner47
First we english have to suffer sven, now we go to the other world cup without the 3rd best rider in england at the moment. When i last spoke to chris about his w/c chances, he was very sure when he said "HE WONT PICK ME". Seems it must be a personal thing, cos who in thier right mind would leave him out? Hope we get stuffed and the incompetent middlo gets sacked for this!!
Little Star
Apparently, in The Mirror newspaper one day this week, it said that Lee Richardson had withdrawn from the WTC squad. I can't see any mention of this anywhere on this thread. Does anyone know anything about this? Sorry if someone has already posted and I've missed it. DartfordHammer
Well I personally feel absolutely gutted for Joonas Kylmäkorpi. Apparently, he's going to miss the World Cup meeting in Rybnik, and as Finland are unlikely to make the Race-Off, it could be that he misses his best chance to make himself an international star (he had to miss the GP Qualifiers as well). I hope he continues his great form from this season for many years to come, so that he might get another crack at both the World Cup and the GP Qualifiers. I honestly think if he had not suffered the injury and competed in the Qualifier, he would have got through to the Final. StevenB
Great Britain1 Lee Richardson 2 Simon Stead 3 Chris Harris 4 Scott Nicholls (Capt.) 5 Mark Loram <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Â Why are Richardson and Harris in the squad? Their form hasn't been impressive recently. And Nicholls as the captain? Why not Loram.
