iris123
Looks like it will be very close.Nikolai Klindt seems to be flying so far this season and Morten is getting his form back .Denmark should win,but Germany or GB could spring a surprise.I think Hefe,Stange and Wölbert are capable of beating all the opposition and Tobi and Max(not sure if his form is so good this year) are also capable of winning heats. Chris
Been keeping a watch on Klindt's scores this season and he looks to be performing very well. Looks to be the one to watch in the next few seasons. How old is he and has he had offers from England at all yet? Is he a racer or a gater? Germans will be strong at home, but Denmark look fairly strong. Will be between those two with GB and Latvia way behind. Shame most nations don't take this competition seriously as it could be very good, but with some nations sending poor teams and others not even bothering sending a team then it devalues it greatly. Also seeding the home nation into a world final doesn't do alot for its credibility. Understand they need the crowd for the final, but no one should be seeded to a supposed world final. f-s-p
There are no decisions yet on the finnish team. But the riders will come out from the group that have already represented Finland this year: Lehtinen, Heikkilä, Keskinen, Tuomisto, Kitala+ Jari Mäkinen and Appe Mustonen. They have now turned 16 and are old enough to take part. Also Teemu Lahti has said he'll go if asked.
iris123
Chris,i am a bit reticent to describe Klindt,as since i described Patrick Hougaard as a gater he has looked more a racer but Nicolai is also an exciting racer from what i have seen.Must say though i have as yet not seen him this season and speaking to someone at Vojens saturday he has improved unbeliveably from last year. Will have to wait until the Superliga next week before i get to see him this season. You can be sure he has had offers. As for more info try www.nicolaiklindt.dk(cheeky bugger!just seen he has used 4 of my photos without asking ) Edited May 30, 2006 by iris123

fentigers lad
With no disrespect to those riders involved, Team GB could be a lot stronger if you added in Bridger, Kennett and Boxall.
Hazzman
With no disrespect to those riders involved, Team GB could be a lot stronger if you added in Bridger, Kennett and Boxall. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> William Lawson is holding his own in the Elite League. They will be probably be updates from some German source.

iris123
Pity we don't get to see these guys too often up here. Was quite impressed with Facher when he rode in the U21 Final at Teterow a few years back.
Midnight_Lady
With no disrespect to those riders involved, Team GB could be a lot stronger if you added in Bridger, Kennett and Boxall. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> William Lawson is holding his own in the Elite League. But depite Wiiliam's brilliant performances this season he was overlooked for the squad then later on asked to be on standyby as a reserve. Bloody cheek but then he isn't English is he so will be overlooked for the squad properly Anyway it all pales in to insignificance now since William was injured on Monday

salty
With no disrespect to those riders involved, Team GB could be a lot stronger if you added in Bridger, Kennett and Boxall. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Why weren't they picked? Seems strange that Kennett gets picked in front of Danny King for the Cardiff reserve position but doesn't get picked for this.
