Sandie
Congratulations to Finland. The better team, in my opinion, for the final but unlucky for the young German team
Hazzman
Any idea as to how bad the injury is. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My Russian aint that good. Final Scores subject to a run-off for 2nd FINLAND 42 Laukkaneu 11 Kylmakorpi 12 Nieminen 8 Hautamaki 5 Reina 6 GERMANY 39+3 Smolinski 9 Hefenbrock 12 Stange 11 Katt 3 Kroner 4 RUSSIA 39+2 Gizatulin 13 Vlasov 10 Darkin 9 Gafurov 3 (Inj) Kurguskin 4 LATVIA 30 Kokins 10 Puodzuks 1 Koralovs 11 Bodganovs 5 Gireuceis 3 There was a run-off for 2nd and Hefenbrock of Germany beat Gizatulin of Russia. That was very hard work. I am sure Russia won have if Gafurov didnt pick up a injury. Same time tomorrow, what the source Tomaz?!? I wanted Finland to win thanks to the superb rider of Kaj Laukkeneu. tarabanko
Damn the Germans was my favourites for this one but they got pipped by three points by Finland. Germany is a up and coming team and Finland isnt really that. Was in to the russian forum but it was impossible to understand... Thanks Hazzman for updates in English... The TOP-men was Laukkanen/Kylmakorpi who is the best in the moment in this field. For the future Yes the Germans will take place....maybe next year.....COME ON YOU YANKS TOMORROW AT Hungary!!!! Grachan
No! Rockin' Renat can't be injured. It's all going Pete Tong. Such a safe rider too. Let's hope it's nothing serious and he's at Oxford on Wednesday.
salty
Really thought the Russians would win this, looks like the absence of Renat in the latter heats cost them. Looks like it was a pretty close meeting though.
Greg
Hopefully we can see Tommy Stange in lynn colours a gain real soon
iris123
Pity that Germany lacked support for the top 3.Thought Katt would do better.A shame that German Champ,Matze Schultz isn't in great form this season and Kevin Wölbert is still a bit too young.Next year
German Speedway Fan
Would also love to see Tommy Stange get a second chance in british speedway, like Tobias Kroner (maybe better at a Premiere League Club)... Bad for Germany that we just missed to qualify by three points.. But if i think back three or four years ago, we would have never beat Russia or be runner up to Finnland with just three points... Bad that we missed the final, but also well done by our young squad..!!
Najjer
Kattman didnt have a good night. Well, wasnt bad for a rider at Premier league Level
