Liesdale
Superb once again by Jason. Really hope he wins it again this season. Greg rode really well again, and was a little unlucky in the final

tony159
Got to agree. Jason is different class this year . A worthy World Champion already . Just a shame it is so cut and dried already
Subedei
Can't praise young Crump highly enough this season. I actually thought his biggest problem last season was being on Jawa engines. He's on GMs this season and running away with it. I'm not saying that he'd have won the title last season on GMs - he wouldn't - but it would've been a lot closer. Yes, congratulations young Crump on a fantastic ride and a fantastic season thus far. But sympathy to Hancock - he was outstanding all night, just not quite good enough in the final. And that's where it counts.

Can only see Nicki P with any chance of stopping him this season - barring injuries. Top 4 tonight on GMs
SCB
Crumpy 2006 = TRick 2005? A machine!! He's playing the system, gettign into the semis with a good solid score, then riding a sensible race in the semi before blasting off for the win in the final. Like Subedei, I feel for Greg, he really did wind back the clock and give a vintage Greg display tonight, someone shoudl tell Greg and Tomasz it's 2006, not the mid to late 90s!!! They're both going through a good patch and I hope it carries on, I'd love to see Jason, Greg and Tomasz on the podium at the end of the year, just a shame Nicki is likely to stop one of them. Problem is if the GW is running away with it now it'll be worse in a fortnight. He'll be on a mission after his Cardiff 'experience' last year. Dekker
Nice night for Jason, will Leigh adams see the light and get onto GMs?
Mr. Clemens
Jason Crump performing as a world champion should Great win tonight again as expected Cardiff will be interesting - not because of last year - because if he wins that one - he could be sailing off into the distance over the hill and far away T/R meanwhile looking very much over the hill and far away - if he's going to turn it on then he'd best press the switch in Cardiff and keep his finger on the button for the next 4 GP's at least Greg Hancock deserves to win a GP or two and will do if he keeps plugging away I wouldn't mind seeing Greg win the whole thing and it's quite within his abilities to do it If Tomasz Gollob keeps on laughing he might giggle his way to a GP win or two and who's to say he wouldn't have the last laugh in you know where on you know when. Dekker
Greg Hancock deserves to win a GP or two and will do if he keeps plugging away I wouldn't mind seeing Greg win the whole thing and it's quite within his abilities to do it Greg is basically a gater..... always has been, can pass the lower lights but against the top class riders unlikely. The top guys must have gone missing in '97.
sjw ministerofport
The best four riders were in the final, hope the Jason knockers admit he is best at the moment. Don't rule out Nicki yet he is very close, bad luck Greg. Please, please, please, BSI get the tracks sorted out. When you go to the GP's the atmosphere is worth the money, but you need better racing to take it up a level.

He doesn't mind finishing second in any of the races up to the final as he tries out different lines and lets those in front know he's there. When it comes to the final he just does what he could have at any point before l
kindred2005
how can you say 97 was a fluke? he'd been right up there for a few years, then in 97 he stormed it by a mile, great to see him still performing better than many riders who should be taking more of the limelight 10 years on(like nicholls, richardson, jonsson)
Ozyace
The championship is far from over and i'm hoping Jason continue's his great work, however i'm gutted at the moment for Leigh, 3 semi's with jack all to show for it. True Aussie fan's would love to see a true Aussie win (a guy who rides in Oz during the off season). No disrespect J, but c'mon and give the Aussie punter's something worth seeing ala Green v Mundine. Go get em Leigh.
