spook
Ideally for the back or home straight 2nd tier We left it too late to get the kind of seats we usually have and would prefer not to be up in the clouds - I thought i'd try here first

Diesel
I had already checked but only the bottom and top tiers are available <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The top tier is by far the best view in the stadium. I wouldn't rule it out.
Pammie
The top tier is by far the best view in the stadium. I wouldn't rule it out. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Would have to agree the Top teir has a fantastic view and if you want to you have the freedom to climb right to the top of the stadium these seat are more often than not empty. We have had top teir seating the last 2 years and are there again this year dont think we will sit anywhere else while the GP is run in Cardiff. Sloop
We have also sat in the top tier in the past and wouldn't want to sit anywhere else now. It's a great view from up there and you'll have no problem getting all your seats together.
Rigsby
Do the top tier steps have the hand rails? I'm not steady on the old pins and steps without are a no go!

I'm not steady on the old pins and steps without are a no go! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> After the festivities in the Prince of Wales beforehand, most of the Forumers crawl up them on their hands and knees! Seriously though, I don't think they do have hand rail, at least not all the way up.

shazzybird
The top tier is by far the best view in the stadium. I wouldn't rule it out. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My Dad has sat on the top tier for the past 2 years and says he wouldn't sit anywhere else, especially as most occupy the bottom 2 tiers so there is certainly room to spread out up there Must admit never ventured that high but may well do this year. I have 4 tickets in L29 Row 16 which I might not be able to use due to a hospital appointment the day before. They are not quite the tier you wanted but they are in a great viewing place. We've sat there every year it has been in Cardiff. The ticket price was £40. Let me know if you got yourself sorted.
From PC to KC.
The advantage of the top tier is once you have gone through your checkpoint, you can then go wherever you want. For example, enter on back straight then walk all around the top until you get to start/finish line, entrance to 1st bend, anywhere you fancy, just don't sit in someone elses seat. No problem thousands to choose from.
