' Possibly the best rider never to have won the world championship, Lee Richardson '.  :o

He was talking about Leigh Adams....I hope :D

And I do believe he used that phrase twice at Cardiff. Along with "and here comes Scotty Nicholls" :D

It is pretty boring, but I think its down to the format more than anything.

They were saying before that coming 2nd and 3rd is in a way better than winning as it is a team event - so why then do they let through belle vue because they won more races? Their pair was crumpy out front all the time, steady scoring only 5 points! Hmmm...

Poole 21

Belle Vue 21

so they decide who goes through how exactly?

Is it when the two teams met?

Is it the amount of times a pair didn't finish last (which is the aim of the pairs event?)

NO it's flippin race wins!!!!!!!!!!!!

How stupid is that?

What a dumb format - somebody really has to revamp this event.

How long did it take Pearson to realise that it didn't matter what Peterboro' did in their last outing either Eastbourne or Swindon were going to get more points?

Poole hard done by imo. Should have gone down to who won their head to head with the Aces.

What a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!

A place in the final of a best team competition being decided by ...............

The most race wins by an individual rider !!!!!!!!!!

Cant believe even Speedway could make up a rule like that . :o:(

Exactly, by rewarding the team with the most wins clearly benefits the team with the strongest INDIVIDUAL rider as against Poole who as a PAIR scored as many points as Belle Vue but BEAT them when they met!!!!

Nice to Steady end the weekend on a high note.

Shame to see Speedway end the weekend on a low note .

What a daft best pairs ????? competition.

The rules for the meeting a complete joke .

Congrats Belle Vue - at least they half rode as a pair...

Why on earth did Leigh Adams clear off?

If his partner was at the back that was never going to work.

Also - what a cock up by Rosco putting Ulamek off 1.

The rider off 1 would be blocked if that was Leigh then he may have driven the Aces off the line to have allowed Ulamek thorugh.

I dunno maybe I'm seeing this one all wrong?
