Is there anyone out there who can give me the details of Jan's scores (ie R, Pts, Bon) in the six KO Cup meetings that Reading rode in 1991 please?

The matches are:-

H & A v Poole (KOC)

H & A v Eastbourne (KOC)

H & A v Cradley Heath (KOC)

I've found one of them, for what it's worth on its own.

Monday Sept 2 1991

Reading 46, Cradley 43

KOC 1st Leg

READING:

M. Shirra - 2,3,F,0 = 5

R. Morton - 1,1,3,3 = 8+1

J. Doncaster - 2,3,2,3,0 = 10

J. Andersson - 0,1,2,3 = 6+1

D. Mullett - 1,2,3,2,2 = 10+1

S. Humphries - 3,1,0,1,0 = 5+1

T. Mussett - 1,1,0 = 2

CRADLEY HEATH:

G. Hancock - 3,3,3,3,1,3 = 16

A. Grahame - 0,0,2,1,R = 3

B. Hamill - 3,2,2,2,3,1 = 13

J. Pedersen - R/R

G. Handberg - 2,1,2,1,2 = 8+2

S. Smith - 2,0,0,F,1 = 3+1

W. Garratt - R,R,0 = 0

Kevin

The figures i posted are for League and KO Cup only, taken out of the Speedway Star's winter reviews.

Jan Andersson was an ever-present in the league that year (24 matches) and also appeared in each of Racers' six KO Cup matches.

No doubt you'll be interested in my update book of records from 1991-date. It attempts to continue where the Peter Oakes' History of the British League concluded in 1990 and will include all the stats and details of the last 15 years.

It will include yearly rider and club stats, tables, cup results, test matches etc. Since I've been compiling it I've been surprised at how much I've forgotten about the past 15 years!

OK moxey, thanks for that - I guess I must have Gold Cup etc matches included in my figures.

Regarding your update to the History of the British League, too right I'd be interested mate - tell me more, when, how much etc

And do forum members get a discount?
