kindred2005
Hi, my parents have accidentally booked up for a week holiday in italy as they thought the grand prix was 10th june, so they cant go to cardiff (gutted!!!!). The tickets are in the airhorn free zone U9 directly above the starting tapes. I have sat here for the last 3 years and i think it is a fantastic place to sit. The other six people still going are a fantastic lot, so you wont have to worry bout sitting next to nutters i'm not sure if this is classed as advertising or if the admin will remove it, but the tickets cost about £45-£50 (cant quite remember exactly) so if anyone would like the 2 tickets for £80 then please answer this post or send me a private message/email and hopefully we can sort something out. I will put you in touch with my parents if you would like to deal directly with them, but cant post their number on here. Must be able to put up with me shouting for a certain Mr Hancock though! I had someone drop out of my party and they refunded me worth a go

kindred2005
to be totally fair mate that post was a little blunt, sounded a bit like i was being talked down to, these are really good tickets, and i was offering them to some1 as nowhere seems to be selling tickets for this area anymore. now i understand people like to try and get a good deal, but 50 quid for two quality tickets sounds a bit too much like trying to take advantage of someone's misfortune. i also dont like the words non negotiable. sorry mate, try to be a bit more polite next time? ideally i would like someone very friendly to sit next to for 3 hours and enjoy the experience
Gemini
Good reply! That one line non-negotiable offer would have got my back up as well. The very cheapest seats are £29 each and you are offering much dearer and better ones. But that's blunt Yorkshire people for you. If I was you I'd try the other option suggested of giving the ticket office a call.

Yorkshire Ace
no offence meant just being straight to the point that's all, made an offer which I said I couldn't budge on, you rejected the offer lets all move on and put our dummies back in. Good Luck selling the tickets but a tip for you, you have to incentivise people to buy them aand most people are influenced by money! Yorkshire Ace
We used to dream of having a roof <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lived in Southampton for 10 years and the people up North are 10 times better in terms of friendliness and approachable what they are "dan sarf". People "dan sarf" have this media influenced opinion that up north it's all like coronation street, stop reading the tabloids and come and have a look for yourself, will pre warn you though we don't serve shandy up here!!!! kindred2005
looks like i started something there eh? yorkshire people are cool, the people i'm sitting next to are from yorkshire, in fact one of them is ex middlesbrough promotor ken knott (theres the incentive you were talking about yorkshire ace). another incentive would be the fact that they are great tickets at a great venue. yet another would be the chance to see some great up and coming riders like zagar and hampel etc. plenty of incentives there without bringing money into it its always good when a lot of people back you up, thought i may have been a little harsh in my reply at first. oh well, hope everyone is enjoying the sun, i best get back to writing my dissertation
Parsloes 1928 nearly
yet another would be the chance to see some great up and coming riders like zagar and hampel etc. Hmm, and perhaps an even BIGGER incentive would be the chance to see great up and coming riders like Simon Stead and Lewis Bridger...: and I can't believe you've not touted him for a place: Ben Wilson..??!!!
