Ironside
is this old hag as old as that fat bloke who was singing the other year?
tommy
Bonnie Tyler. Very poor choice only equalled by those awfull Blues Bros a couple of years ago. Suspect that a lot of fans will stay out of the stadium until the last minute. Don't know why BSI think that they need to waste money this way? Ugh. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thank god it's a pre-show gig. Unless Rico wants to go in early to get her autograph - then I'm in trouble.
shazzybird
is this old hag as old as that fat bloke who was singing the other year? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Think you mean Edwin Starr. The best by far has to be Tony Hadley oh god that's done it I'm going to be singing True for the rest of the night now!!
Seb the Snail
If we're lucky she'll be lost in France somewhere holding out for a hero! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> The way that you were dancing at the Pit Crew Bash you should apply to get up on stage with the backing singers! didnt she sing ITS A HEARTACREAND IT WILL BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE better av a few beers while shes on!!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Isn't that your new anthem at Oxf**d this season? I reckon you'll be singing along with the rest of us Sir M!!! The best by far has to be Tony Hadley oh god that's done it I'm going to be singing True for the rest of the night now!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Absolutely right! Mrs Snail still treasures her GP ticket as she managed to get him to sign it before the gig! It's just a shame that she approached him to get it signed at the cashpoint outside the stadium... I'm sure he thought that he was about to be mugged when she tapped him on the shoulder! Gave him the fright of his life!
shortoi
Well I think she is a brilliant choice, or maybe I am just old Will make sure I get there early. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Nah, I'm 17 and I like Bonnie Tyler. So does my best mate. We got into it after hearing the joint album with Meatloaf... ooh, maybe they can get him next year!
pugwash
Well I think she is a brilliant choice, or maybe I am just old Will make sure I get there early. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Joanne. Think that you've got her confused with Bonnie Langford.
Shortcrust
They're not on that long, poor excuse not to go to Cardiff <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Poor is what I would be after forking out for travel and accommodation. It's a case of been there twice and that's enough for me. Rather spend my money on getting the beers in, cranking up the barbie and having a good night in. And with the rest of the money, I can then follow King's Lynn to more away fixtures.

(so it's his fault) What if they were to hold it say, Coventry, Eastbourne even at Belle Vue would it be just as expensive or is it becuase it's in the millenium stadium? Shortcrust
Sensible idea but what if Mike Bennett gets the call will you still have the same idea <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He won't, I'm 100% sure on that. And even if he did, it would make no difference. What if they were to hold it say, Coventry, Eastbourne even at Belle Vue would it be just as expensive or is it becuase it's in the millenium stadium?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well obviously the closer it is to home then the cheaper it would be. I love the Millenium Stadium, and Cardiff is a great city. It's just it's the other side of the country to me and I simply can't justify the cost. Besides the GP line up this year hardly enthralls me to make the effort. But for the record will be rooting for the 'Ginger One' to take the title, just read his book and it's warmed me to him once again. But of course wouldn't mind in the least if NP get's a look in. Unless Rico wants to go in early to get her autograph - then I'm in trouble. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You'll be in the stadium at least an hour before Ms Tyler starts her set young Tommy. I certainly won't be after her autograph though. I'd suggest you do get ear defenders for Cardiff though Rico

And even if he did, it would make no difference. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Shame really, he couldn't be any worse than who we've had before. Sam Ermolenko may well have whoop whoop woooooo all night but he was loud and seemed to get into it. Kev Coombs hmmmmmmmm he's Eastbourne only one good thing about that place and it's not him Well obviously the closer it is to home then the cheaper it would be.
