Jonas Messing from Rospiggarna

Simon Gustafsson from Indianerna

Robin Törnqvist from Valsarna

are the swedes who are over to the states.

Apart from my blurry vision and the drunken blabbering after a few too many pints at Chesterfields I somehow remember Henka telling us that Simon already beat him a few times during practice. It's going to be a treat seeing him in a few years on the big tracks. What the other two, Messing (brother of Andreas?) and Tornqvist?Have they had a go on a 500cc yet?

Jonas and Andreas are not brothers, but they are related somehow, can´t remember exactly, that´s too many of them Messings.

Törnqvist has made two season on 500cc for Valsarna in Allsvenskan, averaging 5.09 in 2004 and 6.04 in 2005, mostly from reserve. He qualified to the 2004 Swedish U21 final but missed it due to injury (I think). In 2005 he surprisingly missed the qualification for the Swedish U21 final but he was a regular in the U21 national team and made the European U19 final, finishing 15th.

I thought it was Tomasz Gollob who was the legend of Bydgoszcz!

(On the track) :)

Ye, on the track.. But Henka with his fellow Jacek Gollob were kings of Bydgoszcz night life some time ago. Lots of stories about their adventures here and there around the city :)
